The frame has a plurality of longitudinal struts and a plurality of transverse struts running plane-parallel to one another. The longitudinal struts and the transverse struts are arranged substantially perpendicular to one another. Between at least two transverse struts running adjacent to one another, there is arranged at least one bridging element having an arc-shaped design. The bridging element has two end regions, one of the end regions being fixed in each case to one of the adjacent transverse struts.

In one embodiment a structural cell assembly is described comprising a structural cell with a plurality of legs integrally linked to a frame at a first frame end, the frame linking the legs together and the frame defining a generally flat plane with the legs extending substantially orthogonally away from the first frame end about the frame flat plane to a leg terminal end; and a separate plate engaging the legs, the separate plate comprising linked sockets, each socket engaging the leg terminal end; and/or linked sockets, each socket engaging the leg frame ends or a part thereof.
Prop head assembly
An apparatus includes a construction column configured to extend perpendicular relative to a ground surface, a construction beam assembly configured to be positioned perpendicular relative to the construction column, and a prop head assembly configured to be fixedly connected to an upper end portion of the construction column and to support the end portion of the construction beam assembly. The prop head assembly defines first and second recesses configured to selectively receive a pin of the construction beam assembly therein.
CONSTRUCTION COMPONENT
A prop head assembly is configured to be fixedly connected to a vertically-extending construction column, and also configured to support a horizontal construction beam assembly once the prop head assembly is fixedly connected to the vertically-extending construction column. The prop head assembly includes a first beam-locating feature and a second beam-locating feature. The first beam-locating feature is configured to selectively receive, at least in part, a beam-reference portion. The second beam-locating feature is also configured to receive the beam-reference portion once the beam-reference portion is inadvertently displaced away from the first beam-locating feature and from the vertically-extending construction column and toward the second beam-locating feature.
ALIGNMENT CLAMP AND TIE ROD CONNECTOR ASSEMBLY FOR FORMWORK PANELS
An alignment clamp sub-assembly (402) for connecting and aligning a pair of formwork panels (200) with each other is disclosed. The alignment clamp sub-assembly (402) includes a base component (502) to be disposed on a joint between a first formwork panel (200-1) and a second formwork panel (200-2). The base component (502) includes a first slot (504) formed on atop surface, and a second slot (508) formed on a front surface and adapted to receive a tie rod (406) in a lateral direction. The alignment clamp sub-assembly (402) includes a wedge (512) adapted to be received in a vertical direction in the first slot (504). The wedge (512) is inserted to lock the base component (502) on the joint and form the second slot (508) for receiving the tie rod (406).
IMPROVED FORMWORK PANEL
A frame (100) of a formwork panel (200) is disclosed. The frame (100) includes at least one stiffener profile (204) formed between two opposite edges (214) of the frame (100) and having a slanted profile. The at least one stiffener profile (204) includes a first edge (216-1) adjacent to a flat portion (202) of the formwork panel (200), and a second edge (216-2) distal from the first edge (216-1). A surface (218) of the at least one stiffener profile (204) is sloping outwards from the first edge (216-1) towards the second edge (216-2) to form the slanted profile.

Mold systems having a separation tool for molding structures
Systems, methods, and articles of manufacture provide for a mold system for molding structures (e.g., sand castles) from one or more various types of molding substances (e.g., sand, clay, snow). In one embodiment, a mold system comprises a split mold comprising at least two mold sections. In one embodiment, a modular mold system allows for different types of mold sections with corresponding joining elements to be joined together to create forms for molding various types of structures. In some embodiments, mold sections are configured to facilitate the breaking of a vacuum created when molding substances are packed into the mold system, thus making it easier to separate a mold from the formed structure.
