COLUMN FORMING SYSTEM
A column forming system for creating chamfer corners and allowing efficient movement from one column location to the next. The column forming system comprises a plurality of formwork panels, a hinge corner bracket moveable between an open and a closed position, and a plurality of corner brackets. The connection of the components allows for the manipulation of the formwork panels relative to one another. A closed position of the hinge corner bracket results in the column forming system defining a column interior.
A TRE ASSEMBLE PERMANENT COLUMN FORMWORK AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
The present invention discloses a TRC assemble permanent column formwork and a manufacturing method thereof, which belongs to the technical field of reinforced concrete building construction. The TRE assemble permanent column formwork comprises first panels, second panels, circumferential bolts, longitudinal bolts, nuts and gaskets; the formwork is manufactured from an engineered cementitious composite ECC and a woven fabric net; the first panels are used for assembling the column formwork at the two ends of a column, and the second panels are used for assembling the column formwork in the middle section of the column; the panels are provided with preformed bolt holes, and the bolt holes among the panels are corresponding to each other for bolt connections; the bolts include circumferential bolts and longitudinal bolts. The TRE permanent column formwork provided by the present invention can reduce material waste, labor cost, and project cost. Besides, the panels have advantages of easy and firm assembling, convenient transportation and low manufacturing cost, and the formwork has great application prospects.
COLUMN FORMWORK IMPROVEMENTS
The present disclosure relates to formwork. In a particular form the present disclosure relates to lost column formwork. In one aspect, there is provided a lost column formwork shell portion comprising an elongate body comprising a generally u-shaped cross-section shape comprising a pair of lengthwise extending edges, an inner side and an outer side, and at least one spacer element depending from the inner side of the shell portion and projecting inwardly. In a further aspect, there is provided a lost column formwork shell assembly comprising a pair of shell portions joined along their lengthwise extending edges. In a further aspect, there is provided a lost column formwork assembly a shell assembly, bracing and reinforcement. The lost column formwork assembly ensures that the required axis distance is maintained across its length, is braced against bulging under the hydrostatic pressure of concrete filling, and is quicker and easier to assemble than commonly known alternatives.

Modular pipe brace assembly
A modular pipe brace assembly is provided for supporting a concrete wall panel, where the modular pipe brace assembly has a plurality of brace sections that each have a pipe with one of at least two standard lengths and a connection plate attached to each end of the pipe. At least two of the plurality of brace sections are attached together in longitudinal alignment by engaging the connection plates to define a pipe assembly with a desired length. An adjustable shoe assembly is attached to each end of the pipe assembly and is configured to engage a ground anchor or a concrete wall panel. The plurality of brace sections may, for example, include a low-load brace section that has a low-load capacity pipe and a high-load brace section that has a high-load capacity pipe.
