Configurable steel form system for fabricating precast panels
10947746 · 2021-03-16 · ·

A configurable steel form system for creating precast concrete panels is disclosed. The configurable steel form system can be used to create precast panels for both commercial tilt panels and highway noise barrier walls, among other applications. A plurality of steel form system sections are preferably fabricated from steel plate bent into a J-channel member. The configurable steel form system can be designed in sections that are quickly assembled. To suit a particular application, a section can be extended by sequentially attaching extension members to a primary member. A quick-release mechanism can be implemented for ease and speed of connection. Each section can have the panel depth and contour fabricated into the steel form profile. Anchoring holes and corner miters can also be cut into the form's framework.

PREFABRICATED CONCRETE FORM WITH STAIRS

A prefabricated concrete form with vertical spacers between fill forming cladding with cut-outs in the spacers having horizontal rebar received therethrough and received therein. Stand-offs are provided between the vertical spacers with vertical rebar received on the stand-offs. In one version, the stand-offs are attached to the horizontal rebar. In other versions, the stand-offs are attached to the spacers. A cut-out is formed in one of the claddings to form an auxiliary fill space on the outside of the cladding, which when filled with concrete, upon hardening, forms a ledge for supporting a stair structure.

Formwork assembly with interlocking side frame members
10808411 · 2020-10-20 · ·

This disclosure relates to a formwork element and a formwork assembly, that can be used to mould upwardly extending building features such as columns or walls that extend between adjacent floor slabs. In one form, the formwork assembly comprises at least two surface forming elements, wherein each surface forming element comprises a casting surface and a pair of lengthwise extending parallel edges. In use, the surface forming elements are stacked by abutting along these edges, and each of these edges comprises a means for interlocking the surface forming elements with respect to each other so that the resulting formwork assembly forms a single, continuous casting surface.

CONNECTING SYSTEM FOR DISMOUNTABLY CONNECTING TWO INTERSECTING FORMWORK BEAMS
20200299979 · 2020-09-24 ·

A connecting system is for dismountably connecting two intersecting formwork beams. The system includes a resilient single-component structure having two intermediate arms joining together respective regions for pressing the two intersecting formwork beams together at support regions. The resilient single-component structure is configured to slide longitudinally over one of the two intersecting formwork beams. Pressure or impact on the resilient single-component structure produces elastic deformation of the resilient single-component structure so as to clamp or hold the two intersecting formwork beams and press them together. The two intermediate arms extend at their upper ends into respective extensions for pressing on support regions of one of the beams to be connected, while at the other end they extend into a U- or V-shaped bridge for pressing on the support region of the opposite beam to be joined. Each of the intermediate arms has double elbows joined to respective straight-parallel extensions.
