Railing system and picket for a railing system
A picket for a railing system comprises an elongated body with one or more walls and first and second ends. The first and second ends engage the top and bottom rails, respectively, of the railing system. The picket also comprises one or more cutouts formed along one or more of the walls. Each of the cutouts engages one of the plurality of spacers. The cutouts are proximal to the first and second ends of the pickets.
WATER CIRCULATION SYSTEM FOR A POOL AND A POOL
A water circulation system for a pool comprises a water outlet assembly mounted to an inner wall of a pool, and in fluid communication with an external pump through a water outlet pipe. The water circulation system also includes an air inlet assembly mounted to the pool a preset distance from the water outlet assembly, and an air outlet assembly attached to the water outlet assembly and in fluid communication with the water outlet assembly. An air inlet passage connects the air inlet assembly to the air outlet assembly, so external air can enter the air inlet assembly and be introduced to the water outlet assembly through the air outlet assembly. Air is introduced to the water outlet by the air outlet when the water outlet assembly is blocked, reducing negative pressure at the water outlet and reducing risk that a portion of a user's body is drawn against or into the water outlet.

Water bonding device and methods of use
Embodiments include a water bonding device for electrically grounding a swimming pool. One embodiment includes a bonding electrode installed in a pool skimmer or pump strainer. The bonding electrode typically resides in a skimmer or strainer cavity, and a ground conductor coupled directly to the electrode extends out of the skimmer or strainer through a port. A plug assembly forms a water tight seal against the port and the ground conductor, providing a water tight access point for the ground conductor to enter the pool skimmer or pump strainer. The ground conductor is typically electrically connected to both the bonding electrode and a ground pole residing at ground potential.
SWIMMING POOL COVER TIE-DOWN ANCHORING SYSTEM
A method of anchoring multiple tie-downs of a pool cover of an in-ground swimming pool, which is surrounded by stone or concrete pavers, uses a tubular footing member with multiple flange plates laterally extending along its length. The flange plates include a base flange plate which enclosed the distal end of the footing member and one or more medial flange plates surrounding the tubular circumference of the footing member between its proximal and distal ends. The proximal end of the footing member is open and this proximal opening has interior threading which conjugately mates with the threaded shank of a coupling screw to which a tie-down is anchored.

SYSTEM FOR ADJUSTING SURFACE LEVEL
A system for adjusting surface level, comprising a moveable surface; a mechanism adapted to be disposed between and coupled to the moveable surface and a fixed surface; a force transfer mechanism configured to be coupled to the mechanism for displacement of the moveable surface relative to the fixed surface; and a plurality of stopping rods, disposed between the moveable surface and the fixed surface, which are operative for restricting an axial movement of the moveable surface relative to the fixed surface in a first mode of operation and for restricting a radial movement of the moveable surface relative to the fixed surface in a second mode of operation.
MODULAR FENCING SYSTEM WITH GATED ACCESS
A modular, removable, and tool-free, user-installable fencing system includes modular, stand-alone bases that avoid the need to drill into or permanently modify expensive pool decks to secure the fence in place. The system includes fencing modules which include fence panels and a secure-access gate module that can be positioned and repositioned anywhere along the fence. The fence modules and gate modules are connected via hinge clips assembled onto the fence panels and poles inserted through the hinge clips and into the modular bases. The hinge clips allow rotation of the fence panels around the poles.
