MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, MANAGEMENT DEVICE, MANAGEMENT METHOD, AND STORAGE MEDIUM
According to an embodiment, a management system includes a vehicle management device configured to manage parking of a vehicle in a parking space and delivery of the vehicle from the parking space, and a vehicle conveying device configured to be able to convey the vehicle in forward-backward and widthwise directions of the vehicle. The vehicle management device includes a controller configured to control the vehicle conveying device so that the vehicle is conveyed to the parking space when a request for parking the vehicle located within a section where parking in the parking space is able to be requested has been received.
LIFT AND STORAGE SYSTEM
A movable platform storage device for off-floor storage including a substantially vertical support member (column) anchored to a concrete floor that defines the deployment axis. The movable platform is connected to the vertical support member (column) and can be raised or lowered to one of any plurality of positions oriented generally transversely to the deployment axis by means of an electric servo-motor power unit and wire cable lifting system. The column is available in different lengths to accommodate ceiling height limitations and desired raised platform heights. The platform storage device can be used as a single stand-alone unit or multiple storage units can be combined in a configuration that creates a unique electric/mechanical powered elevated mezzanine system with increase elevated storage area. The servo motor electric/mechanical wireless power system on each of the combined storage lifts can be programmed identically so that all platforms will raise and lower simultaneously. The strength of the unique angled column design and wrap around moveable carriage equipped with a back-brace system (that may be modified) allows the invention to support and lift a variety of adjustable platform configurations that may be needed for various storage applications. Most customers will want to install the storage lift column as close to a wall as possible to maximize the garage floor storage space under the raised platform. The standard adjustable platform is either a square or rectangular configuration. This platform configuration would not allow the column to be placed tightly into a corner and valuable under platform garage floor storage area would be lost. The issue is resolved with a “corner” designed platform that allows the column to be installed very close to the interior corner of the garage. This uniquely designed platform can be manufactured in various sizes. Alternative adjustable platform configurations can also be used. These various platform configurations can be installed on the invention because of the unique wrap around carriage's ability to support alternative back brace systems and under platform support systems to which various platform sizes and configurations may be attached. These (almost infinite) adjustable platform configurations allow the column to be installed and operated so that a minimum amount of available garage floor storage space is compromised.

VEHICLE GUIDANCE DEVICE, VEHICLE GUIDANCE METHOD AND PARKING AREA
A vehicle guidance device includes: at least one light reflector including: a retroreflector configured to reflect laser light for distance measurement emitted from a vehicle for autonomous driving; and a reflection setter configured to set either a first state in which the laser light is retroreflected from the retroreflector toward the vehicle, or a second state in which the laser light is not retroreflected from the retroreflector toward the vehicle, and a controller configured to cause the reflection setter to set the first state by setting a target position of the vehicle associated with the light reflector and cause the reflection setter to set the second state after the vehicle arrives at the target position.
Connection system for house and vehicle
A connection system for a house and a vehicle, may include a vehicle door provided in the vehicle to open or close a vehicle entrance through which a passenger enters or exits the vehicle and allowing an internal space of the vehicle to be exposed into the house when authenticated by the house; and a hatch provided in a house entrance on a side wall of the house to selectively couple the house entrance and the vehicle entrance with each other so that an internal space of the vehicle and an internal space of the house are connected to each other in a state that the vehicle door is open when the authenticated vehicle is parked on a side of the house entrance.

Parking management apparatus
A parking management apparatus is configured to manage parking of a vehicle in a parking lot. The parking management apparatus is provided with: a first acquirer configured to obtain first information about a state of the vehicle when the vehicle enters the parking lot; a second acquirer configured to obtain second information about the state when the vehicle exits from the parking lot; and a determinator configured to determine that an abnormality has occurred in the vehicle in the parking lot, when a difference between the first information and the second information exceeds a predetermined allowable range.
DEVICE FOR VEHICLE IDENTIFICATION IN AN AUTOMATED LOGISTICS CENTRE AND ASSOCIATED METHOD
A system for managing a motor vehicle parking area comprises a plurality of physical media bearing a unique bar code-type optical identifier, a QR code, or an RFID tag. Each physical medium is arranged on or in a motor vehicle. The system further comprises at least one camera for filming the vehicles, an analysis means running a program for analyzing the images sent by the camera to extract the unique optical identifiers, and a means for wireless communication between the analysis means and at least one human or robotic conveyor moving or transporting the vehicles associated with the identifiers, so as to send to the at least one conveyor a digital message indicating the destination address of the vehicle. A method may be employed using the system to manage the motor vehicle parking area.
