Tee Buddy
The invention (hereby known as Tee Buddy) is a t-post puller that removes t-posts for barb wire fences and other fence applications. The Tee Buddy attaches to the front bucket of a tractor using the chain and hook. The Tee Buddy is positioned over the t-post until the lever locks over one of the ridges of the t-post. Once the Tee Buddy is secured over the t-post and the chain is attached to the front bucket of the tractor, the operator lifts the t-post out of the ground. After the t-post is removed from the ground the operator manually operates the lever to allow the t-post to drop out of the Tee Buddy.
Portable removable barrier
A barrier apparatus provides a portable perimeter barrier between people, animals, property or equipment and incoming potential hazards. The apparatus functions as a security or safety device which may be operated by one person in multiple conditions, and may be hand operable or motor-driven. The apparatus is capable of providing alternative electric power distribution and lighting. The apparatus comprises a housing, retractable barrier material, and a mechanical system. The apparatus may include lights, an alarm, and a motion detector. The apparatus may be used with or without a vehicle, and may be carried by a vehicle tow hitch. The apparatus is easily operable by extending the rolls of barrier material from the housing. The apparatus may provide a barrier covering a distance of up to about 170 feet across a road or any area to quickly block or direct the flow of traffic or to establish a perimeter.
STAKE HOLDING TOOL
A stake holding tool for holding a stake or post for driving into the ground while the person holding the stake is enabled to maintain a safe distance includes a body having a first end at which a head portion is located, and a second end defining a grip for holding the stake holding tool. The head portion includes a striking section that generally includes a resilient material adapted to absorb shock from impacts; and a stake receiving recess configured to receive stakes or posts of various sizes and configurations.
AN ASSEMBLY TOOL FOR A FENCE
A fence assembly tool is provided. The fence assembly tool may be an auxiliary tool that is removably coupled to a first fence post, to assist an individual in assembling fences. Specifically, the fence assembly tool may include an elongate body that includes one or more brackets extending therefrom. Each of the one or more brackets may be adapted to receive a first end of a cross member of a fence assembly. A second opposing end of the cross member may then be coupled to a second fence post while remaining supported at the first end by the assembly tool. This process may be repeated for multiple cross members as needed, thereby allowing a user to assemble or repair a fence without assistance from others.

Collar for installation of barriers onto existing bollards
A collar assembly for retrofitting a barrier to one or more bollards comprises a barrier and at least one collar adapted to fit around each of bollard. Each collar comprises two or more openings. Each opening is configured to receive a barrier mounting device or a securing element. Each collar has at least one securing element configured to affix the collar to the one or more bollards. Each collar has at least one barrier mounting device configured to attach the barrier to the one or more bollards. The barrier is mounted to each barrier mounting device.
System and method for stretching and securing fencing
A system and method for stretching and securing fencing includes a clamping member having a clamping channel, a clamping bar configured to be received within the clamping channel, and at least one fastener for securing the clamping bar to the clamping channel; a stretcher bar having a plurality of hook members for engaging the fencing, and at least one notched opening configured to receive a tensioning device; wherein the clamping bar and the clamping channel are correspondingly shaped, sized, and configured, such that the fencing is held secure between the clamping bar and the clamping channel when the clamping bar is secured to the clamping channel.
ADJUSTABLE TENSIONING DEVICES
Tensioning devices which may, for example, be used in fencing systems are disclosed. In one form, a system includes a pair of linking members each of which may be tensioned to transition from a flexible or somewhat flexible configuration to a more rigid configuration. The system further includes a tensioning device including a first engaging member configured to engage with a linking member, a second engaging member configured to engage with another linking member, and an adjustment member cooperating with and structured to selectively control relative positioning of the first and second engaging members. Each of the linking members may be engaged with a respective one of a pair elongate members spaced from one another, or with a first one and a second one of the elongate members. When so engaged, the tensioning device may be engaged with and tension the linking members to provide bracing between the elongate members.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PULLING A STAKE FROM A SURFACE
A stake removal tool configured for removing in-ground stakes, the stake removal tool comprising an elongated member defining a proximal end and a distal end, a carriage, and a lift system configured to drive the carriage along a longitudinal direction of the elongated member. The carriage comprises a chassis and a pivoting member configured to pivot about a fulcrum and defining first and second engagement members. As the lift system engages the carriage to displace it downwardly in a longitudinal direction of the elongate member, the first and second pivot members may be forced to pivot thereby engaging and dislodging a stake.
Stake extraction device and method
Devices and methods for extracting objects from substrates are disclosed. One embodiment has a first end with a tapered handle and a second end with a dowel. The dowel can be a steel dowel and include a beveled edge enabling engagement with a hole in an object. Another embodiment can include an intermediate portion connected to and located between the first and second ends. The device can be manually inserted into a hole in a stake. Once engaged with the stake, a user can apply torque in a clockwise or counterclockwise direction several times to loosen the stake from the substrate. When loosened from the substrate, a user can apply a pulling force away from the substrate to remove the stake.
