Door handle adapter for sprung hub
An adapter for either a handle set or a lever set door lever is equipped with a pair of springs to provide a pre-load on the spindle. The pre-load prevents sagging of the lever due to the large mass of the lever. A sleeve in the adapter is formed out of a compressible material that accepts the spindle in a press-fit configuration. This allows for greater manufacturing tolerances while still providing a solid and secure engagement between the spindle and the adapter. As a result, any free play in the lever is eliminated and the lever is maintained in a horizontal, home position when the lever is not in use. Following use through rotation of the lever, the springs promptly return the lever back to the home position while the sleeve prevents any slop or free-play in the lever's motion.
Multipoint lock assembly for a swinging door panel
A multipoint lock assembly for a swinging door panel includes a mortise housing that is installed in a mortise along the non-hinged edge of the door panel. A latch operating mechanism and a lock operating mechanism are disposed in the mortise housing. Each of these mechanisms is designed to be operated with a standard rotary operator such as a handle or knob for the latch operating mechanism and a key and/or thumb turn for the lock operating mechanism. The latch operating mechanism is transitionable between left- and right-hand orientations and includes a deadlatch feature that prevents forced back-drive. Turning the key and or thumb turn of the lock operating mechanism extends a deadbolt and extends upper and lower shoot bolts from edges of the door. When extended, the shoot bolts also are secured against forced back-drive by unique mechanism configurations.
INDICATOR LEVER
A lock apparatus according to certain embodiments has a first state and a second state, and generally includes a handle and a status indicator. The handle includes a display area formed in a front face of the handle, and the display area comprises at least a majority of the front face. The status indicator is configured to display each of a plurality of indicia in the display area. The status indicator is configured to display a first indicium in the display area when the lock apparatus is in the first state, and is configured to display a second indicium in the display area when the lock apparatus is in the second state.
Symmetrical and reversible-clutch mortise lock
The present invention relates to a symmetrical and reversible-clutch mortise lock comprising a central follower, a pair of symmetrical lateral followers, each one located on one side of the central follower to be activated by square bars of handles, a spacer which makes the movement of the two lateral followers independent and a motor, which connects to an actuation lever and which is activated when an access code is validated. The lock further comprises a clutch housed and guided in an accumulator arm able to move linearly to be housed in both lateral followers such that the corresponding lateral follower, when activated by the motion of the door handle, pushes the clutch until it makes contact with the central follower and activates the latch of the lock.
LATCH
A latch for coupling of a first component to a second component, the latch having a base body which includes a first bearing, a second bearing and a third bearing, the latch having a lever which is mounted pivotably on the first bearing about a first pivot axis between a locking position and an unlocking position, the latch having a locking which is mounted pivotably on the second bearing and which includes a spring-loaded locking part, which locking part rests on the lever in order to transmit a predetermined braking force to the lever in the locking position of the lever, the latch further including a release lever which is mounted movably on the third bearing between a blocking position for blocking the locking in the locking position and a release position for releasing the locking from the locking position.
Multipoint Lock
A multipoint lock is described. The multipoint lock includes a main latch. The main latch has a latched position where the main latch is configured to extend a first distance from an unhinged edge of a door panel. The main latch is configured to be retractable toward the unhinged edge of the door panel by rotation of a latch drive hub in each of a clockwise direction and a counterclockwise direction relative to a first side of the door panel. The multipoint lock also includes at least one auxiliary latch and a deadbolt drive hub. Rotation of the deadbolt drive hub substantially simultaneously actuates the main latch and the at least one auxiliary latch.

LOCKING DEVICE WITH A CATCH ARRANGEMENT
The present invention relates to a locking device comprising: a locking bolt (12), a follower arrangement (30) comprising a follower arm (32) configured to rotate about a first axis (B) and also comprising a follower (31) that is configured to rotate about the first axis (B) in response to an activation, a catch arrangement (20) configured to block the follower arm (32) in a blocking state in order to prevent rotation of the follower arm (32), wherein the follower (31) of the follower arrangement (30) is operatively connected to the catch arrangement (20), wherein the blocking state corresponds to the catch arrangement (20) being in an end position of a movement path (P), and wherein the catch arrangement (20) is further configured to operate the follower arm (32) when not in the blocking state so that a movement of the catch arrangement (20) along the movement path (P) causes a corresponding movement of the follower arm (32).

A LOCK ASSEMBLY
A lock assembly comprising: a roatable lock cylinder comprising a portion configurable between an unlocked position, a locked position, and a deadlocked position; and a linking member having a first position and a second position, wherein when the portion is in the unlocked position, the linking member is in the first position, when the portion is in the locked position, the linking member is in the second position, and when the portion is in the deadlocked position, the linking member is locked in the second position; wherein, the lock assembly is configured to be installed in a mortice of a sliding door, the sliding door having a latch mechanism, such that the linking member is in communication with the latch mechanism.
