The invention relates to the field of minimal residual disease (MRD) diagnostics, which is progressively more applied for the evaluation of treatment effectiveness in patients with a hematological malignancy, such as B-cell precursor acute lymphoblastic leukemia (BCP-ALL), B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia (B-CLL), and multiple myeloma (MM). Provided are unique reagent compositions with carefully selected and thoroughly tested combinations of antibodies, for ≥8-color flow cytometric stainings as well as for 10-color and 12-color flow cyometric stainings, which can reach sensitivities of at least 10.sup.−4, even down to 10.sup.−5. Also provided are diagnostic kits and methods for detecting MRD.

MULTIVALENT PNEUMOCOCCAL VACCINE COMPOSITIONS COMPRISING POLYSACCHARIDE-PROTEIN CONJUGATES
The present disclosure relates to multivalent pneumococcal vaccine compositions comprising capsular pneumococcal polysaccharide serotypes each individually conjugated to carrier proteins. When conjugated, the combination of the capsular pneumococcal polysaccharide serotype and the carrier protein is referred to herein as a polysaccharide-protein conjugate. The pneumococcal vaccine compositions may further comprise one or more of the following: a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, a pharmaceutically acceptable diluent, a buffer, a preservative, a stabilizer, an adjuvant, and/or a lyophilization excipient. Methods of making and administering the pneumococcal vaccine compositions described herein are also provided.
Immunogenic compositions
The present invention is directed towards conjugates comprising fragments of the capsular polysaccharide of Type III Group B Streptococcus (GBS). Suitable fragments may be produced synthetically or by depolymerisation of native polysaccharide.
Immunogenic complex for eliciting protective immunity against group B Streptococcus
The present invention relates to an immunogenic complex comprising an amino acid sequence having at least 80% sequence identity with the amino acid sequence of the N-terminal region of a group B Streptococcus surface protein, and a capsular polysaccharide. The immunogenic complex is capable of eliciting protective immunity against group B Streptococcus. The invention further pertains to an immunogenic product comprising the immunogenic complex and an immunogenic fusion protein, the vaccine, the immunogenic complex, or the immunogenic product for use in a method of preventing or treating a group B Streptococcus infection, as well as a method of preventing or treating a group B Streptococcus infection.
VACCINE DELIVERY METHOD
A vaccine delivery method is presented that includes a composition including as one component a slurry matrix that is a liquid at room temperature and a gel at physiological pH, physiological salt concentrations and/or physiological temperatures and as a second component one or more antigens. Also included are methods of inducing an immune response in a subject and vaccinating a subject by administering such compositions.
MULTIVALENT PNEUMOCOCCAL VACCINES
Technologies for the prevention and/or treatment of pneumococcal infections.
Combination vaccine
The present invention pertains to a vaccine comprising (a) an immunologically effective amount of a Streptococcus suis IgM protease antigen, (b) an immunologically effective amount of an Escherichia coli fibmrial antigen, and (c) an immunologically effective amount of a Clostridium toxoid, and also pertains to use of the vaccine in a method for protecting pigs against a pathogenic infection with Streptococcus suis, Escherichia coli and Clostridium.
A VACCINE FOR PROTECTION AGAINST STREPTOCOCCUS SUIS
The present invention pertains to a vaccine comprising an immunologically effective amount of an IgM protease antigen of Streptococcus suis, for use in a method for protecting pigs against a pathogenic infection with Streptococcus suis by administering the vaccine only once, wherein the vaccine comprises at most 120 μg per dose of the antigen.
PROTEIN ANTIGENS THAT PROVIDE PROTECTION AGAINST PNEUMOCOCCAL COLONIZATION AND/OR DISEASE
The present application is generally directed to novel pneumococcal polypeptide antigens and nucleic acids encoding such antigens, and immunogenic compositions comprising such antigens for treating and preventing pneumococcal infection. The present invention further provides method of using the antigens to elicits an immune response (e.g., IL-17A response, a T cell-mediated and/or B-cell-mediated immune responses). The present invention also provides methods of prophylaxis and/or treatment of pneumococcal-mediated diseases, such as sepsis, comprising administering an immunogenic composition including one or more of a combination of pneumococcal antigens or functional fragments thereof as disclosed herein. In some embodiments, one or more pneumococcal antigens can be present in a polysaccharide conjugate. The compositions induce an anti-pneumoccocus immune response when administered to a mammal. The compositions can be used prophylactically to vaccinate an individualand/or therapeutically to induce a thereapeutic immune response to an infected individual.
