Security apparatus for a portable electronic device
A security apparatus for a portable electronic device having a slot includes a body having an insertable portion configured to be inserted into the slot of the portable electronic device, and a boss extending from the insertable portion and positioned outside of the slot. The boss is configured to attach to a lock head. The security apparatus also includes a wedge supported at least partially within the insertable portion of the body. The wedge is movable relative to the insertable portion between a first position, in which the wedge extends out of the insertable portion and is configured to engage a surface of the portable electronic device that defines the slot, and a second position, in which the wedge is retracted relative to the first position and is configured to disengage the surface of the portable electronic device that defines the slot.
Buckle lock
A buckle lock is applied to lock a device having a fastening portion and comprises a body, the body includes a locking mechanism and includes a fixing groove configured to retain with the fastening portion of the device. The body further includes a press rod configured to move toward a unlocking position of the fixing groove so as to allow the fastening portion to move out of the fixing groove, and the press rod is also configured to move toward a locking position of the fixing groove so as to stop a removal of the fastening portion from the fixing groove.
Systems and methods for locking a sensor to a base
Embodiments of the present invention are directed to merchandise display systems and methods for displaying an article of merchandise. In one example, the system includes a sensor configured to be secured to the article of merchandise. The system also includes a base configured to removably support the sensor thereon. The base includes a lock mechanism configured to lock the sensor to the base.
Electronic equipment security device
An apparatus for securing a component to prevent unauthorized removal of the component, the apparatus comprising a security device for securing the component, the security device having: a first corner engagement member pivotally mounted to a first arm for engaging a first corner of the component; a second corner engagement member pivotally mounted to a second arm for engaging a second corner of the component that is diagonal to the first corner; and a locking assembly to secure the first arm relative to the second arm.
Electronic device base
An electronic device base includes an upper case, a lower case, a base, a first hook component and a second hook component, a solenoid valve assembly, and a near field communication assembly. The upper case has an electronic device accommodation slot; the lower case is assembled to the upper case; the base is disposed between the upper and lower cases; the first and the second hook components are both disposed at the base. When the electronic device is placed into the electronic device accommodation slot, the first and the second hook components are forced by the electronic device to move along a first direction and a second direction, respectively, so the second hook component restricts the first hook component. The near field communication component is capable of communicating with an unlocking component and driving the solenoid valve assembly to actuate the second hook component to release the first hook component.
Integrated power-security cable device
An integrated power-security cable device usable with a computing device includes an integrated power-security cable. The integrated power-security cable device includes a security cable to secure the computing device to an object, a power cable to provide power to the computing device, and a covering member surrounding the security cable and the power cable. The integrated power-security cable device is connected to an integrated electrical connector including a security lock to lock the integrated electrical connector to the computing device.
CLAMPING DEVICE, AND HEAD-MOUNTED APPARATUS
A clamping device includes a main sliding plate, a top sliding plate, a pair of clamping plates having a synchronizing bar, and a locking mechanism. The top sliding plate movably connected to the main sliding plate; the pair of clamping plates movably connected to the main sliding plate, the pair of clamping plates and the top sliding plate forming an accommodating space, one end of the synchronizing bar rotatably connected to a respective clamping plate, and the other end rotatably connected to the top sliding plate; the locking mechanism is located in a movement path of the top sliding plate. When the top sliding plate moves in a first direction, the top sliding plate drives the pair of clamping plates to clamp a clamped piece; and the top sliding plate drives the main sliding plate to move in the first direction.
Cooler Lock
A cooler access control system locks a cooler when occurrence of an event is detected that requires limiting access to the inside of the cooler. Examples of such events include the loss of power to the cooler for a predetermined period of time, the opening of the cooler door for longer than an allowed time, the loss of functionality of a temperature probe and others. In an embodiment, a service mode is supported wherein the door is left unlocked despite the occurrence of such an event, to allow a stocker or other personnel to leave the cooler door open while stocking the cooler with product.
LOCKSET
A lockset is provided. The lockset includes a housing, at least one hook, a driving device, and a lock body. The hook is disposed in the housing and is rotatable relative to the housing. The driving device includes a force application member and a driving member. The force application member includes a force bearing portion at least partially disposed inside the housing and a force application portion disposed inside the housing. The force bearing portion is connected to the force application portion and is rotatable with the force application portion relative to the housing. The driving member is disposed in the housing and rotatable with the force application portion, to selectively move to change an opening width of the hooks. The lock body is disposed on a side of the driving device, wherein the lock body restricts a movement of the driving device when the lock body is locked.
STAND LOCK KIT AND METHOD FOR USING THE SAME
A stand lock kit and a method for using the same are provided. The stand lock kit of the present invention includes a stand lock and a casing. The stand lock includes a body, a first support arm, and a second support arm. The first and the second support arms are disposed in the body, wherein at least one of them is capable of moving with respect to the body to secure the display of the electronic device between them and to make the relative position of the body fixed. The casing has a casing connecting unit. One end of the casing connecting unit connects to the casing, while a free end of the same is capable of inserting into the first lock hole of the body and being restricted from leaving the first lock hole by the stand lock core. The expansion electronic device is accommodated in the casing.
