Lock for a panel or door
The aim of the invention is to provide a reliably functioning lock for a motor vehicle in particular. This is achieved in that the claimed lock for a door or a panel has a locking mechanism consisting of a rotary latch and at least one pawl for locking the rotary latch. The rotary latch and the pawl are preferably designed such that the rotary latch is capable of introducing an opening torque into the pawl. The locking mechanism has a triggering lever for opening the locking mechanism. A transmission device is further provided which increases the pivotal movement of the triggering lever and which comprises a transmission lever in particular for moving the pawl out of the locking position of the pawl by means of a follower. On the basis of the pivotal movement transmission caused by the transmission lever, a relatively small pivotal movement of the triggering lever is sufficient to move the pawl completely out of the locking position by means of the follower. The invention thus ensures that a locking mechanism can be reliably opened even when the triggering lever can no longer be pivoted over the entire original distance due to the effects of aging.
DOOR HANDLE DEVICE
A control unit 20, including a circuit board and a switch unit, is arranged in a housing space in a door handle. The switch unit has a switch component, which is fastened to the circuit board, a hard switch case, which covers the switch component, a soft pushbutton, which operates the switch component, and a hard cover member, which is fastened to the switch case. The pushbutton has a pushing part in the shape of a cap, a flange, which extends from the bottom end of the pushing part, and an operation projection, which is inserted into an insertion opening in a roof. The switch case and the pushbutton are united by the cover member, and the flange is brought into close contact with the roof all the way therearound, by the cover member.

VEHICLE DOOR LOCK DEVICE
A vehicle door lock device includes: a door switch arranged in an actuator housing to which a locking mechanism is assembled; a switch lever; and a lever pivoting amount adjusting mechanism configured to adjust a pivoting amount of the switch lever so that a ratio of the pivoting amount of the switch lever to a pivoting amount of a latch is set smaller in a second pivot state in which the latch is pivoted within a range of from a switching position to an unlatched position than in a first pivot state in which the latch is pivoted within a range of from a fully-latched position to the switching position.
DOOR LATCH APPARATUS FOR DOOR FOR VEHICLE
A door latch apparatus for a door for a vehicle includes a first base member made of metal and including a striker receiving groove, a latch configured to be rotatable about a latch rotary shaft in an engagement direction in which the latch engages with the striker and a disengagement direction where the latch disengages from the striker, a second base member made of metal and arranged to face the first base member with the latch therebetween, the second base member fixed to the first base member, and a load receiving structure receiving an input load when the striker having entered into the striker receiving groove is biased towards the second base member, the load receiving structure receiving the input load with both a first load receiving portion extended from one base member towards the other base member, and a second load receiving portion provided at the other base member.

MOTOR-VEHICLE DOOR LATCH DEVICE
A motor-vehicle door latch device includes: a main body; a latch that engages with a striker on a vehicle body side when a door is closed, and is capable of moving from an open position to a fully-latched position; a ratchet provided with a pawl that blocks the latch from rotating to an opening direction by respectively engaging with a half-latched engagement portion and a fully-latched engagement portion of the latch; and a third latch lever that engages with a third engagement portion provided on the latch when the latch is in a third latch position between a half-latched position and the open position of the latch so that the third latch lever is capable of blocking the latch from rotating in the opening direction from the third latch position.
DOOR HANDLE DEVICE FOR VEHICLE
In a door handle device for a vehicle, an elastic stopper includes: a stopper main body having a receiving surface that can be brought into contact with and separated from one of case and handle members, and being attached to the other member; and a lip part formed integrally with the stopper main body. The stopper main body is formed into a shape capable of alleviating impact by bringing the receiving surface into contact with the one member when the handle member swinging in a closing direction reaches a closed position. The lip part is formed to protrude further toward the one member side than the receiving surface in a free state of the lip part, and can exert a resilient force in a direction where the receiving surface and the one member are separated from each other when the handle member starts open-swing thereof from the closed position.
