VERTICALLY SLIDING MANUAL OPENING AND CLOSING DOOR
A vertically sliding manual opening and closing door with good one-handed operability, including: a plate-like door member configured to open and close an opening section by being slid vertically; a support member configured to guide the vertical sliding of the door member by a support section configured to support left and right end sections of the door member; and a lock mechanism configured to position the door member that has been raised.
WINDOWS AND DOORS ASSEMBLY HAVING VENTILATION FUNCTION AND HORIZONTAL CONTACT FUNCTION
The present disclosure relates to a windows and doors assembly having a ventilation function and a horizontal contact function, and more particularly to a horizontal contact windows and doors assembly for crime prevention and security functions by preventing a window from being open even when the window is slightly open and it is possible to ventilate with the outside air. To achieve the objective of the present disclosure, the windows and doors assembly having a ventilation function and a horizontal contact function includes a window frame, and a windowsill in which the window frame is slidably installed, a handle rotatably installed on the window frame, an engagement unit provided on a lateral surface of the window frame, linked to movement of the handle, and moved in upward and downward directions, an engagement guide provided on the windowsill to face the engagement unit and configured to catch or not catch the engagement unit depending on a position of the engagement unit, and a horizontal moving device provided on at least one of a top surface or a bottom surface of the window frame, linked to the handle, and configured to make the window frame horizontally come into contact with the windowsill or to release horizontal contact depending on movement of the handle, and in this case, when a contact state of the window with respect to the windowsill by the horizontal contact device is released while a catching operation between the engagement unit and the engagement guide is performed, it is possible to ventilate through a gap between the window and the windowsill, the window is restrictly moved to form the gap, and the window is prevented from being freely open.
Window balance shoes for a pivotable window
A balance shoe for a block and tackle window balance system includes an enlarged head portion housing a locking system configured to receive at least a portion of a pivot bar and releasably engage a jamb track. An elongate tail portion configured to couple at least partially within a U-shaped channel of the window balance system. A front face, the front face of the elongate tail portion being adjacent to a base wall of the U-shaped channel when the elongate tail portion is coupled therein. The front face including an elongate channel configured to allow passage of the pivot bar from the elongate tail portion towards the locking system. The balance shoe also including at least one protrusion extending from the front face of the elongate tail portion and disposed at least partially within the elongate channel.
AIRCRAFT SEAT MODULE
An aircraft seat module has an enclosure unit which at least partially delimits a flight passenger seating area, and has a door unit which at least in an operating state is at least configured to close a passage region to the flight passenger seating area, has a bearing device which is configured to support the door unit so as to be movable between an open position and a closed position in relation to the enclosure unit, and has a locking device which is configured to lock the door unit in the open position, wherein the locking device has at least one electrically and/or electronically actuatable actuator device, which is at least configured to be electrically and/or electronically actuated for an unlocking of the door unit.

SASH CARRIER FOR A WINDOW
Sash carriers mounted to the sides of a sash support the sash in a window frame for sliding movement between sliding closed and sliding open positions. Balance springs on the sash carriers counterbalance the weight of the sash during the sliding movement. The sash can be mounted to the sash carriers for tilting movement between tilt closed and tilt open positions. Brakes on the sash carriers are actuated by the sash when the sash is moved to the tilt open position, and inhibit sliding movement of the sash carriers and sash when the sash is in the tilt open position.
SECURITY ALARM AND ALERT SYSTEM FOR SLIDING WINDOWS AND DOORS
A method and system of distributing and selling beauty care products using vending devices.
Latching device and sliding door using same
The present invention provides a latching device and a sliding door using the same. The latching device includes two displacement components and two latching components arranged on the main body of the sliding door. The two displacement components are connected to each other and respectively arranged to drive the two latching components to displace. The two displacement components are operated through the lateral side and the edge side of the sliding door, respectively. The user can latch or unlatch the sliding door by operations of displacing the at least two displacement components when the sliding door is in a closed state or a completely open state. In addition, when a concealed sliding door is fully opened and the two sides are both hidden in the walls, the sliding door can be latched or unlatched by operating the latching device through the edge side of the sliding door.

Automatically resetting window vent stop with dual safety features
A vent stop includes: a housing; a tumbler; a biasing member having a first portion secured to the tumbler and a second portion in movable contact with a housing track, to selectively bias the tumbler. Movement of the second portion along the track is coordinated with sequential pivoting of the tumbler between extended, retracted, partially extended, and intermediate positions. In the extended position, a tumbler bearing surface limits opening of the sash member. When toggled from the extended position to the retracted position and subsequently released, outward bias of the tumbler is limited to the partially extended position by contact of the second portion with a track recess. Subsequent contact of the sash member with the deflection surface causes pivoting from the partially extended to the intermediate position, permitting unrestricted sash member opening, release of the second portion from the contact point, and biasing back toward the extended position.
