DOOR OPERATOR HOUSING ASSEMBLY
An exemplary housing assembly is configured for use with a door operator. The housing assembly generally includes a bracket configured for mounting to the door operator, a case configured to at least partially enclose the door operator, and an attachment mechanism configured to selectively couple the bracket with the case. In certain forms, the attachment mechanism includes a resilient clip arm formed on one of the bracket or the case, and a tang formed on the other of the bracket or the case. The resilient clip arm is configured to engage the tang to maintain engagement between the bracket and the case.
EASY-TO-INSTALL DOOR OPENER
A door opener includes a mount seat having a bottom wall. A reinforcing seat is fixed to the bottom wall. A driving device for opening or closing the door is detachably coupled to the reinforcing seat and includes a motor. A quick-release device includes a quick-release seat fixed to the bottom wall and having a first coupling portion. The quick-release device further includes a movable member slidably coupled to the quick-release seat and having a movable coupling portion. A control device includes a protective housing and a control panel coupled to the protective housing. The protective housing is detachably coupled with the first coupling portion and the movable coupling portion. The driving device is selectively mounted to make the motor face or face away from the control device. An outer cover covers the driving device and the control device and includes a window in which the control panel is located.
Hold-open arrester arrangement having a hold-open function to hold a door open
The hold-open arrester arrangement has a hold-open arrester arrangement having a hold-open function to hold a door open. The arrangement has also an electric release arrangement. The release arrangement is arranged to release the hold-open function in a fire alarm situation. The hold-open arrester arrangement comprises a sliding block and an arrester unit. The sliding block is connectable with a slide rail in a sliding manner and also pivotable connectable to an arm of a door closer. The arrester unit is connectable to the slide rail and has a body, said electric release arrangement, and said hold-open function with the sliding block.
Door closer arrangement
The aim of the invention is to achieve a door closer arrangement (1) where the force needed for opening the door (2) is not so substantial. The invention comprises a door closer (6), a slide rail (7), and an arm (8) that connects the door closer with the slide rail. The arrangement comprises also a second rail (9), which is arranged to form a slide slope for the door closer (6).
DIRECT SWING LEAF ACTUATOR
A direct swing leaf actuator for actuating a swing leaf of a door includes a receiving box for arrangement in or on a stationary part of the leaf system or of a building having the leaf system, and includes a driven shaft, which interacts with an actuator unit, wherein a swing leaf can be placed on the driven shaft in a torque-transmitting manner. A device is present for adjusting the spatial position of the driven shaft relative to the receiving box. The device has an adjusting frame with a height-adjusting unit, wherein the adjusting frame is arranged in the receiving box and the driven shaft is received on the adjusting frame so as to be height-adjustable using the height-adjusting unit.
Damped door closer system and method
Damped door closer systems, door assemblies including the damped door closer systems, and methods of operating damped door closer systems. The damped door closer systems include a closer assembly and damping assembly connected to each other through a connecting arm.
SLIDING DOOR DEVICE FOR VEHICLE
A sliding door device for a vehicle includes a door configured to open or close a door opening formed in a vehicle body, a door arm including one end portion rotatably connected to the door and the other end portion provided to be movable along a side sill of the vehicle body, a mover connected to the other end portion of the door arm and configured for straight line movement along the side sill of the vehicle body, a door arm plate configured to rotatably connect the mover with the other end portion of the door arm and provided to perform cycloid rotation and straight line movement when the mover moves along the side sill, a pin provided to protrude on the door arm plate, and a cycloid rail provided in the side sill and configured to provide a path on which the roller moves when the other end portion of the door arm moves along the side sill.
Lightly Opening and Bufferably Closing Door Closer
A door closer includes: a cylinder secured on a door frame and having a cylinder head formed on a proximal end of the cylinder; a main value and a check valve respectively formed on the cylinder head to control the air in-and-out volume through the valves for lightly opening the door; a piston secured to a rod member slidably reciprocating within the cylinder with the rod member secured to a door; a restoring spring secured between the cylinder head and the rod member for normally resiliently restoring the rod member and the piston towards the cylinder head in order to close the door to the door frame normally as restored by the restoring spring; and at least a buffer member secured between the cylinder head and the piston so as to dampen the inertia force of the closing door to eliminate the noise or damage thus possibly caused.
DOOR CLOSER COMMUNICATION
A door closer system having a door closer that includes at least one sensor configured to sense an operating characteristic or condition relating to the door closer including a position or speed of displacement of at least a portion of the door closer or an associated entryway device. The sensor(s) can also provide information relating to the performance or condition of one or more components of the door closer, such as the operation of a backcheck mechanism, as well as tracking the number of door cycles. Information obtained by the sensor(s) of the door closer system can be communicated to a lockset device of an entryway control system. The lockset device can be configured to communicate information received from the door closer system to an access control system, which can in turn provide the communicated information to a management system.
FURNITURE DRIVE
A furniture drive includes a carrier configured to be fixed to or within a furniture panel of a furniture carcass, an actuating arm assembly arranged on the carrier, a spring device for applying a force to the actuating arm assembly, an adjustment device for adjusting a force of the spring device to the actuating arm assembly, and a threaded section having a longitudinal direction. An engagement location of the spring device is adjustable along the threaded section by a rotation of an adjustment element about a rotational axis, and the rotational axis of the adjustment element and the longitudinal direction of the threaded section enclose an angle to one another. The angle formed by the rotational axis of the adjustment element and the longitudinal direction of the threaded section is configured to be varied upon a movement of the actuating arm.
