METHODS AND APPARATUS TO WIRELESSLY INTERLOCK DOORS
Methods and apparatus to wirelessly interlock doors are disclosed. A door system includes a user interface to receive interlock configuration data input from a user, the interlock configuration data to define an interlock condition to be satisfied before a first door is to undergo an operation, the interlock condition associated with a current state of a second door. The door system includes a first wireless transceiver to receive a signal from a second wireless transceiver associated with a second door. The method includes a door operation controller to at least one of (1) implement the operation of the first door in response to a request when the current state of the second door satisfies the interlock condition, (2) ignore the request, or (3) not execute the operation of the first door in response to the request when the current state of the second door does not satisfy the interlock condition.
Door operator with switched flux linear motor
A permanent magnet linear motor. The permanent magnet linear motor including a primary comprising a magnetically permeable core having a first face surface on a first side of the core a plurality of teeth forming a plurality of slots on the first side, and a plurality of multi-phase windings wound to have segments thereof in the slots forming a plurality of magnetic poles at each of the first face surfaces; a permanent magnet pair of opposing polarity configured to produce magnetic flux and cause the primary to exert a force on the secondary when the plurality of multiphase windings are excited by a multiphase source; and a passive ferromagnetic secondary adjacent to but spaced from the first face surface, the passive ferromagnetic secondary being moveable with respect to the primary.
Expandable bathroom door
A retractable bathroom door includes a fixed frame, a mobile frame, a first pull string and a foldable portion. The mobile frame is perpendicular to the upper frame portion of the fixed frame and horizontally moves in a frame range thereof. A frame portion at one side of the mobile frame has a first hollow structure. A first upper pulley and a first lower pulley are respectively disposed at a top end and a bottom end of the first hollow structure. The first pull string has two ends which are wound around the first upper pulley and the first lower pulley in a crossover manner. An upper rail and a lower rail are respectively disposed on the upper frame portion and the lower frame portion of the fixed frame. An upper strip and a lower strip are respectively disposed on the upper rail and the lower rail.
DOOR OPERATOR
The present invention relates to a door operator system and a method performed in a door operator system for moving at least one door leaf between a closed and an open position, comprising a door operator and a supervise unit, wherein the door operator comprise a drive unit adapted to be connected to and to move the at least one door leaf between the open and closed position, at least a first presence sensor connected to a control unit and configured to monitor at least an risk area and to send presence data associated with that an object is detected in the risk area to the control unit, at least a first and a second activation sensor connected to the control unit, wherein the first activation sensor is configured to monitor at least a first activation area at an outer side of the door leaf, the second activation sensor is configured to monitor at least a second activation area at an inner side of the door leaf, and the first and second activation sensors are arranged to send activation data to the control unit associated with that an object is detected in the first and/or second activation area, the control unit is connected to the drive unit and arranged to control the movement of the drive unit at least based on the received activation data and presence data, and wherein the supervise unit is connected to and adapted to receive activation data from the at least first and second activation sensors and presence data from the at least first presence sensor and configured to identify a conflicting data in a sequence of activation data and presence data.
Glass panel system
A glass panel system comprising an upper and lower guide track and at least two adjacent glass panels which are movable along the lower and upper guide tracks. The lower guide track is configured to support at least two glass panels. The upper guide track comprises two opposite side walls, an elongated groove and a free space formed between the two side walls. One of the glass panels leans against both the side walls by one guide element and against one of the two side walls and against another glass panel by another guide element. One of the glass panels leans, on one hand, against one of the two side walls and against another glass panel by one guide element and, on the other hand, against the other side wall and against another glass panel by another guide element.
