A window unit and replacement window cladding method and system which is provided as a single unit to be installed as a complete new window that fits over the head, side jamb and sill of an existing window frame and the old window frame that is cladded with head jamb, side jamb, and sill cover assemblies defining an opening in which one or more sash units is pivotally secured forming a replacement window unit, without any loss of glass size and egress, and without disturbing the building interior.

The present invention relates to a flood seal arrangement and particularly to a flood seal arrangement suitable for a low threshold door. The flood seal arrangement comprises a first gasket member and a second gasket member. The first gasket member may be provided on a door leaf, while the second gasket member may be provided on a threshold. The at least one first boss is configured to abut a portion of the first component to provide the desired compression of the first gasket between the first component and the support.
