Hands free gate
The present gate includes a barrier frame and a gate in the barrier frame. The gate is opened by inserting a foot into a foot opening in the gate, which action compresses springs disposed about pivot pins between the gate and the barrier frame and draws an extended latch downwardly and out of a latch receiver that is bottomless, which action unlatches and frees the gate from the barrier frame such that the gate can be swung open. Downward travel of the gate is minimized until a foot pushes a pivoting stop out of the way.
Collapsible In Wall Gate
A collapsible gate may provide a temporary barrier to prevent movement between rooms, or to prevent access to a staircase, in a home or commercial building. The collapsible gate may be secured to framing material within a wall and adapted for storage within a wall cavity, such as a pocket door frame, when not in use. The collapsible gate may be vertically retractable and adapted to fit between two framing studs to stow within a wall cavity and out of sight. The collapsible gate may include a counterbalance to maintain the gate within the wall cavity when the gate is in the fully open position, and to assist in opening the gate when the gate is lifted from a closed position.
CHILD SAFETY DOOR BARRIER
The present disclosure provides a child safety door barrier, including a coiled tube and a fabric wound around the coiled tube. A first mounting mechanism is disposed on a first end of the coiled tube. A second mounting mechanism is disposed on a second end opposite to the first end of the coiled tube. A circular groove is disposed inside the coiled tube. An elastic component is disposed inside the circular groove, A first end of the elastic component penetrates through the coiled tube and then fixedly connects with a first end of the fabric, a second end opposite to the first end of the elastic component is fixedly connected with the second mounting mechanism. A transceiving mechanism is disposed on a second end opposite to the first end of the fabric, and the transceiving mechanism is configured to pull the fabric out from the coiled tube and fix the fabric.
ROLLER-SHUTTER-TYPE GUARDRAIL
Disclosed is a roller-shutter-type guardrail, which includes: a shutter fixing seat provided with an insertion hole; and a shutter assembly, the roller shutter assembly including a shutter mounting seat, a rotating shaft being rotatably mounted on the roller shutter mounting seat, the rotating shaft being provided with a shutter cloth, a connecting member being arranged on a free end of the shutter cloth, and the shutter mounting seat being provided with a locking mechanism for limiting or releasing rotation of the rotating shaft.
BARRIER SUPPORT ASSEMBLY, BARRIER SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DEPLOYING A BARRIER SUPPORT ASSEMBLY
An embodiment of the invention provides a barrier support assembly for use in supporting a temporary safety barrier for rapid deployment in environments such as metro rail tunnels or construction. Further embodiments provide a barrier system and a method for deploying the barrier.
SYSTEM AND APPARATUS FOR A SCREEN WITH INTERCHANGEABLE PANELS
A lighting fixture and a system for controllably blocking egress from and ingress to a predetermined area are provided. The barrier system includes a barrier panel including a barrier screen that is at least one of transparent and translucent such that viewing the predetermined area through the barrier system is permitted, said barrier screen is removable from said barrier panel and replaceable with another different barrier screen selectable by a user, said barrier screen comprising a portal through the barrier screen sized to accommodate a pet.
BARRIER GATE PRESSURE FIT EXTENSION MECHANISM
A barrier assembly is disclosed having a middle door portion that pivots about a vertical axis on one side of the frame. A linear extending actuator provides widening ability to the barrier assembly, and allows a more secure grip on opposing walls.
Child safety barrier system
A child safety barrier system includes a plurality of elongated panel sections having a predetermined height and width. At least one support joint is connected between two of the plurality of panel sections to support the plurality of panels in a freestanding vertical orientation to form a panel assembly. A pair of telescoping anchors are positioned along each end of the panel assembly. Each of the telescoping anchors including a header assembly along the top end having an omnidirectional joint for positioning a malleable header block against the ceiling of a building in a plurality of different orientations.
Retractable Barrier System
A retractable barrier system and method for inhibiting access to designated private and public areas both indoors and outdoor, including retail and warehouse aisles and the like, includes a flexible screen retractable and extensible from a rotatable rod coupled to a mounting member, the mounting member having an attachment mechanism for coupling with a receiving member such as storage rack assembly support post or bracket or the like.
Retractable Barrier System
A retractable barrier system for inhibiting access to designated private and public areas both indoors and outdoors, including by way of example but not limitation, retail and warehouse aisles and the like, includes a flexible screen retractable and extensible from a rotatable rod coupled to a mounting member, the mounting member having an attachment mechanism for coupling with a receiving member, wherein a winding mechanism is coupled to the rotatable rod for retractably receiving and extending the flexible screen, the flexible screen is comprised of material having a sufficient modulus of elasticity to promote substantially smooth retractably receiving thereof and may further include tapering between ends thereof, and the winding mechanism may include a guide member having a surface of sufficient diameter oriented substantially perpendicular to the flexible screen to guide the flexible screen upon retractably receiving the screen.
