Soft barrier
The present soft barrier includes sheeting and a frame. The frame includes longitudinal and lateral support members. The sheeting is in a relaxed state when the lateral support members are in a retracted state. The sheeting is in a taut state when the lateral support members are in an extended fixed state. The sheeting may be in either the relaxed state or taut state when the longitudinal support members are in a retracted state or an extended state. A first adjustment mechanism for increasing or decreasing the longitudinal length of the barrier is a quick slide mechanism. A second adjustment mechanism for finely increasing or finely decreasing the longitudinal length of the barrier is a rotatable mechanism.
Gate opener assembly
A gate opener assembly is comprised of a gate and an anchor assembly having a platform. A plurality of track assemblies on the platform provide a track on which the gate may slide from a first position (closed) to a second position (open) and any position in between. A guidepost having a “Shepherd's hook” configuration guides the gate as the gate passes therethrough. A pair of rollers within the interior of the top of the guidepost makes continuous contact with each side of the top of the gate both while the gate is stationary and in motion. A gate opener controller contains the required electrical connections to fully the operate gate opener assembly. Subterrain anchor supports provide the necessary support for the gate opener assembly. An alternative embodiment accommodates nontraditional configured gates. Installation of the gate opener assembly is performed by do-it-yourselfers in minimal time.
Barrier with panels sliding parallel
A barrier employed to keep children and/or pets in or out of certain areas in the house. The barrier includes four panels. Two main panels slide parallel to each other to lengthen or shorten the barrier as a whole. Two side panels stabilize the main panels and extend to the front and rear faces of the main panels to provide a self-supporting in-house barrier. Each of the panels includes a wooden frame. The wood lends less weight, less sharp edges, and more pleasing aesthetics than, for example, a metal gate. Legs are connected to the side panels to further stabilize the side panels and main panels.

AUTOMATED GATE FOR ROBOTIC MOWERS
An automated gate for robotic mowers may include at least one door that may be sized to receive a robotic mower, and it can be installed in any fence to enable the mower to move between the yards on its own. The at least one door of an automated gate may provide optional capability to lock when not used by the mower and unlock automatically when the mower gets close. By default, the at least one door may remain unlocked, yet closed, thereby providing a cost-effective solution for customers who do not have to worry about pets. An add-on module may be provided that may add a locking mechanism and triggering mechanism, thereby providing end users with the ability to lock the automated gate completely.

Fence gate assembly, fence gate kit, system and methods of manufacturing thereof
A racked fence gate assembly comprises an upright having a longitudinal opening and a lateral opening. The assembly also includes an insert received within the longitudinal opening and coupled to the upright. The insert also includes a support portion extending from a rear wall. The assembly further includes a rail having trimmable areas at proximal and distal ends that is at least partially received within a cavity of the insert at a racking angle, the rail including a channel configured to at least partly receive the support portion therein.

Gated barrier with lift lock
The present lift lock is employed on a gate that is swingable and liftable on a first axis. In a first position the lift lock is on the first axis and in a blocking position that prevents the gate from being lifted relative to a barrier having the gate. The lift lock is slideable away from the first position on the axis to a second position away from the axis where the lift lock is in an unblocking position, thereby permitting the gate to be lifted on the axis. The lift lock snaps into and out of the second position.
INSULATED ATTIC HATCH
An attic access assembly includes an outer frame and a panel subassembly. The outer frame attaches to a ceiling and frames an attic opening. The panel subassembly includes a central panel that fits within the outer frame, and a flexible barrier that defines an insulation pocket extending upwardly from the central panel. The central panel may include an insulating foam material. The insulation pocket is used to contain an insulating material. Weatherstripping seals the panel subassembly to the outer frame. The panel subassembly may include a panel frame that fits within the outer frame, frames the central panel, and defines a groove to retain a weatherstripping seal.
