System and method for full bore tubing head spool

A system includes a tubing head spool (THS) installed in a non-plugged wellbore, the THS having a bore diameter to permit passage of one or more wellbore components corresponding to one or more wellbore components that pass through an associated blowout preventer (BOP). The system also includes an orientation sleeve arranged within the THS and installed, the orientation sleeve being positioned and aligned within the THS via one or more engagement features mating with one or more orientation features within the bore.

Gas Lift Side Pocket Mandrel with Modular Interchangeable Pockets

A side pocket mandrel for use within a gas lift system is configured to permit the exchange of valve pockets. The side pocket mandrel has a central body, a receiver that is laterally offset from the central body, and a valve pocket that is removably secured to the receiver. The valve pocket can be configured for a threaded connection with the receiver to permit the facilitated exchange of modular valve pockets at the receiver. Gas from the valve pocket can be carried to the central body of the side pocket mandrel through one or more external gas lines or one or more internal gas injection passages.

An orientation sub includes a pair of connectors that consists of a first connector and a second connector with the first connector. A center section joins the first connector to the second connector. The second connector connects the orientation sub to a tool. The center section has a predetermined geometric configuration with that self-orients the tool when the orientation sub and the tool are inserted into a well defined by casing.

Wet-mate retrievable filter system

A mandrel in production tubing within a well has a side pocket with an inlet port for connection to an upper control line segment that extends upward alongside the production tubing. An outlet port is below the inlet port for connection to a lower control line segment extending below the pocket. A filter assembly is lowered through the production tubing into the pocket. A valve at a lower end of the pocket is movable from a closed position closing the outlet port to an open position opening the outlet port. A probe mounted to a lower end of the filter assembly engages and pushes the valve from the closed position to the open position while the filter assembly is being seated in the pocket.

Well access apparatus and method

Apparatus for gaining access to a well via a lateral access passage includes a flexible conduit which is to be inserted into the well via the lateral access passage so as to deviate from a direction of lateral insertion to a generally downward direction down the well. The flexible conduit includes a probe at a front end thereof. The probe includes a spring at least 0.5 m in length. A probe container is provided for accommodating the probe before it is inserted into the well. A guide may be provided for insertion along the lateral access passage and for assisting deviation of the flexible conduit from the direction of lateral insertion.
