Sectional control funnel box
A sectional control funnel box includes a box body having an upper receiving portion for receiving particulate matter and a plurality of chutes extending from the upper receiving portion. At least one blocker door is disposed between the upper receiving portion and at least one of the chutes, and the blocker door is movable between an open state and a closed state. An actuator is connected to the blocker door and configured to drive the blocker door between the open state and the closed state. An auger is disposed in the upper receiving portion to evenly distribute particulate material within the upper receiving portion.
VEHICLE FOR RECEIVING AND DELIVERING AGRICULTURAL SEEDS AND OTHER GRANULAR MATERIAL
A vehicle for receiving and delivering granular material, such as agricultural seeds, includes a frame supporting a container defining an open top chamber having a bottom outlet. An elongated conveyor is supported by a system which includes a first support arm having one end pivotally connected to a side wall of the container for multiple directional movement and a second support arm pivotably connected to the opposite end of the first support arm. The opposite end of the second support arm supports an intermediate portion of the conveyor near its center of gravity and in suspended relation for tilting and rotating the conveyor. Power actuators are connected to rotate and pivot the first support arm to position the conveyor in many selected positions including the conveyor inlet under the outlet of the chamber, a storage position and a position between horizontal and substantially inclined for filling other containers.
Flowable material container with an opening having improved flow characteristics
The outlet of a flowable material container has a flow cutoff device, which is slidably supported in a frame assembly that comprises two, spaced apart perforated side rails and a perforated end rail. No accumulation shield is used.
AUTONOMOUS AGRICULTURAL IMPLEMENT WITH MODULAR PRODUCT CONTAINER
An autonomous agricultural implement is operable to advance itself across a field while dispensing agricultural product. The implement includes an implement chassis, a drive system, an interchangeable product container, and a plurality of openers. The container presents a chamber configured to hold a supply of product. The container is shiftable between coupled and uncoupled positions, with the container being detached from the implement chassis in the uncoupled position. The container includes a product flow barrier to selectively restrict product from flowing out of the chamber when the container is in the uncoupled position prior to the container being attached to the implement chassis. The container fluidly communicates with the openers when in the coupled position so that the openers receive product from the chamber.
AGRICULTURAL SYSTEM WITH AUTOMATED INTERCHANGE OF MODULAR PRODUCT CONTAINERS
An agricultural system includes an agricultural product supply station, an autonomous agricultural machine, a plurality of product containers, and a powered transfer mechanism. The machine is operable to advance across a field while dispensing product. The product containers are configured to be removably stored by the supply station in a stored position and used interchangeably with the machine. Each container is configured to contain product and operably couple to the machine to dispense product thereto. Each container is shiftable between a machine-coupled position and the stored position. The container is attached to the machine in the machine-coupled position and detached from the machine in the stored position. The transfer mechanism is operably supported by at least one of the supply station and the implement and is configured to shift each container between the machine-coupled and stored positions.
PORTABLE STATION FOR MODULAR AGRICULTURAL PRODUCT CONTAINERS
A mobile agricultural product dispensing system is configured to hold a supply of agricultural product and transport the product for operations on a field by an agricultural machine. The dispensing system includes a wheeled supply station and a plurality of product containers. The supply station is operable to be advanced to and from the field and includes a rack assembly defining a series of container-receiving bays. The product containers are configured to be used interchangeably with the machine. Each container is configured to contain product and operably couple to the machine to dispense product thereto. Each container is removably supported by the rack assembly in a corresponding one of the bays.
SYSTEM AND COMPUTER-IMPLEMENTED METHOD FOR FACILITATING TRANSFERS OF PRODUCT CONTAINERS BETWEEN A STATION AND AN AUTONOMOUS MACHINE
A control system is operable to control an autonomous machine for autonomously applying one or more products to a jobsite in accordance with a set of operation instructions. The products are stored in one or more interchangeable containers which are initially located on a station. The control system broadly includes an alignment sensor and a machine processor. The alignment sensor is configured to sense and generate alignment data regarding a relative position of the station and a particular container that contains a particular product. The machine processor is configured to align the autonomous machine with the station and the particular container based on the alignment data from the alignment sensor, and transfer the particular container from the station to the autonomous machine; move the autonomous machine over the jobsite and apply the particular product from the particular container in accordance with the set of operation instructions; and align the autonomous machine with the station based on the alignment data from the alignment sensor, and transfer the particular container from the autonomous machine to the station.
Stacker drive module
A belt-type, portable, radial conveyor system is provided that may include a conveyor frame extending from a rear end to a front end, and having rear portions and front portions, a hopper disposed adjacent the rear end of the conveyor frame, a conveyor belt mounted to the conveyor frame, a tracked or wheeled drive carriage to support the conveyor system during relocation from site to site, and an engine mounted to the rear portion of the conveyor frame remote from the carriage.
Self-propelled, multiple-use transfer device with feed spreader
SELF-PROPELLED, MULTI-PURPOSE TRANSFER DEVICE, as described in the report and in the attached illustrations, is an equipment used in general agriculture and livestock activities to transfer products to another suitable equipment or place, containing the additional function of spreading products in the soil, therefore called self-propelled. The equipment presents as a differential the fact that it brings together multiple functions such as the possibility of transferring and spreading products in the field or in other applications, such as in sandpits.
Method And Device For Creating A Polysystem For Mixing Seeds And Fertilizers
The invention refers to field of preparation to agriculture works, more specifically to the helping operations, before seeding and fertilizing the soil.
The method of preparation to agriculture works includes in it: placement of a few types of seeds and/or fertilizes in mobile capacity, which have at least one separating wall, which separates this capacity to at least two capacities for separating storage of content, moving of mobile capacity to the agriculture work area moving the content of at least two aforementioned capacities with the help of apertures with adjustable closing in to movement device that working, located in lower part of aforementioned capacities, moving of mobile capacities content in to destination point and mixing of the content while moving.
Declarant invention provides automation of process in mixing process of seeds and/or fertilizes, reducing time, needed for preparation to sowing and/or fertilizing the soil, increasing functional abilities while preparing to agriculture works.
