Transport unit, material transfer structure, material transfer unit, and mobile haulage arrangement method
A transport unit, a material transfer structure and a material transfer unit for a mobile haulage arrangement are arranged for continuously conveying fragmented material in a conveying direction. A mobile haulage arrangement and a method for continuously conveying fragmented material in a conveying direction is also disclosed. The transport unit includes two ground transportation structures and a support frame suitable for fitting a belt of an enclosed belt conveyor thereunder. The ground transportation structures has at least one height adjustment device, wherein the support frame comprises at least one connector, which is arranged for connecting a support structure thereto. The height adjustment devices are arranged to vary the position of at least a portion of the support frame in relation to the ground transportation structures.
Conveyor system for mining equipment
A conveyor system includes a plurality of crawler members, a frame supported via the crawler members, a skid pad moveable relative to the frame to raise and lower the frame relative to a ground surface, and an intake structure supported by the frame. The intake structure includes a first conveyor. The conveyor system further includes a discharge boom supported by the frame. The discharge boom includes a second conveyor.
CONVEYOR MODULE, CONVEYOR ASSEMBLY, AND METHOD OF INSTALLING A CONVEYOR ASSEMBLY
A conveyor module (1), adapted to be releasably attached to at least one other conveyor module (1) to form a conveyor assembly (15). Each conveyor module (1) includes a substantially longitudinal main frame (4), said main frame (4) being adjustable in between a first position (FIG. 3), in which said module (1) is compacted for transportation, and, a second position (FIG. 4), in which said module (1) is expanded for conveyor operation. A plurality of support legs (17) is provided to support said conveyor module (1) upon a substrate surface, each support leg being adjustable to facilitate adjustable alignment of said module (1). Conveyor componentry (12) is housed substantially within said main frame (1). The conveyor module (1) is preferably formed from or built to standardised shipping container (ISO) specifications.
Launch platform for high wall mining
A system and method for high wall bench mining, for example, of horizontal coal seams in mountains, includes a launch platform having two side-by-side tracks for guiding mining equipment, and utilizes two continuous miner machines and conveyor cars. Two side-by-side mine entries can be worked simultaneously, one miner advancing deeper into the coal seam and conveyor cars being added behind the miner at a first mine entry, and the mining completed and cars and miner retreating and being extracted from a second mine entry. As conveyor cars are being extracted onto one track from the mine entry that a string is retreating from, the cars are moved across the launch platform to the other track and are added behind the advancing miner machine launched from that track into the other mine entry.

Support structure and method for supporting an enclosed belt conveyor
The disclosure relates to a support structure for supporting a belt of an enclosed belt conveyor between two transport units and a corresponding method. The support structure between two transport units includes a first end element having a main extension in a longitudinal direction, a width extension in a width direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction, and a height extension in a height direction orthogonal to the longitudinal and the width direction. At least one guide assembly is arranged to engage opposite longitudinal edges of the belt. A first telescopic element is connected to the first end element, wherein an outer end of the first end element has a first end connector arranged to form a connection with a first transport unit.

Belt line installation device
A belt line installation device is an apparatus designed to allow for the installation of two cranes to be mounted on a common piece of framework for use in mining. The first crane connects to the device and is installed upside down and on the left side of a conveyer where it can be used to install bottom mounted hardware on the conveyor. The second crane is installed on the top center of the invention to install top mounted hardware. This second crane also assists in loading the first crane and associated bottom mounted hardware from the pallet of hardware. The device is mounted on any quick attach equipment, such as a tele-handler or skid steer. Each crane can be powered by a PTO takeoff from nearby equipment or can be powered by a 12-volt hydraulic power pack. Each crane will be provided with wireless or pendant remote controls and a dead man switch.
