Bollard
A bollard with a foot plate, a bollard pipe placed on the foot plate, and a bollard head placed on the bollard pipe. A measuring support is positioned in the bollard pipe, which measuring support carries a measuring instrument adapted to determine the position of the bollard head and/or position determination of an area of the bollard pipe below the bollard head at a height from the foot plate which amounts to at least 80% of the distance between the foot plate and the bollard head, the measuring support having a foundation which is separated from the foot plate.
Ground mounting assembly
A ground mounting assembly includes one or a plurality of posts, each attached to at least one stabilizing plate or scoop pyramid. The post may be driven into the ground and then lifted to deploy plates into a locking mechanism, or driven into the ground by a pile driver with plate held in place, released, and driven further and deployed into a locking mechanism, or driven into the ground and double pounded inside the post to drive reinforcing plate into slotted winglets, or driven, double pounded and rotated to extend the reinforcing plates horizontally from the pole or pile. The post also can used as a mooring in harbors, lakes, or at sea. A system based on a double pounder pile driven mono pole, optionally extendable in length, is also described.

MOORING DEVICE AND A METHOD FOR OPERATING A MOORING DEVICE
A mooring device (100) includes a method for operation. The mooring device (100) has an attachment unit (101) including a contact surface (102) for contacting a surface of an object (201) to be attached and at least one magnet for generating a magnetic field through the contact surface (102) to the object (201), a regulator (104) for adjusting the magnetic field generated by the at least one magnet, a telescopic arm (105) pivotally attached to the attachment unit (101), a first hydraulic cylinder (106) and a second hydraulic cylinder (107) attached to the telescopic arm (105), and a monitor for monitoring linear displacements of the first hydraulic cylinder (106) and the second hydraulic cylinder (107). The regulator (104) is configured, based on the linear displacements, to adjust the magnetic field so that an attachment point on the surface of the object (201) can be changed.
LOAD CONVEYANCE SYSTEM FOR MODULAR FLOATING PLATFORMS
A roller ball assembly that provides a safe, efficient, unobtrusive and easy to install load conveyance system to facilitate the travel of a watercraft on or off of a floating vessel platform with no or minimal potential of causing damage to the watercraft's hull or to the float modules. The roller ball assembly is comprised of a sphere rotatable with respect to a floating vessel platform. A number of roller ball assemblies can be mounted into a floating vessel platform in the junction areas of float modules.

SHIP MOORING SYSTEM AND METHOD
A mooring post unit is provided with a cable holding device on top of the mooring post. The cable holding device has a first pulley wheel, a second pulley wheel and a cable clamp, arranged to guide a mooring cable from a ship over the first pulley wheel to the clamp, back and forth via the second pulley wheel. A hydraulic force limiter is coupled between the second pulley wheel and the mooring post. The hydraulic force is expandable and compressible in the direction of a force exerted by the axis of the pulley wheel. The hydraulic force limiter temporarily gives way when a peak in the force exceeds a threshold. The clamp comprises a pair of drums, around which the mooring cable runs back and forth. By synchronously rotating the drums, the mooring cable may be hauled in or paid out under stress.

MOORING WHIP BASE
An improved pole support base mounted to a dock has means to pivot a housing supporting an inserted flexible pole and means to lock the pivoted pole in a vertical position to clear the pole from interfering with a vessel leaving from or returning to the dock. The pivotable housing and pole are manually lowered down to a determined desired degree to position the flexible pole and a line or rope that passes around a pulley at the end of the pole and is attached to a boat cleat to prevent possible damage owing to the vessel contacting the dock.
