TIEBACK ANCHOR ALIGNMENT AND ACCESS DEVICE
A tieback alignment and access device has a hollow core and vertically aligned angled anchor subassemblies that provide attachment points for tieback anchors that pass laterally through the hollow core. The hollow core is configured to allow a cutting tool (e.g., a drill bit) to be inserted therein longitudinally and used to cut the tieback anchors at any time. When cast into a contiguous temporary support-of-excavation wall, the angled anchor subassemblies are set back from an outwardly facing surface of the wall resulting in a smooth surface.

CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR RECYCLABLE ANCHOR ROD
A construction method for a recyclable anchor rod. The recyclable anchor rod includes a reinforcing steel bar body and an unlocking device. The unlocking device includes a housing, a fixed panel, a top limiter, lifting screw limiters, a lifting screw, transmission gears, gear clamping arms, a thread limiter, and a pressure bearing plate. The construction method includes: 1, positioning; 2, drilling; 3, anchoring; 4, performing primary grouting; 5, performing secondary grouting; 6, tensioning and locking; and 7, recycling the reinforcing steel bar body. Shock-absorbing pressure-bearing devices are arranged between the lower end of the housing and the pressure bearing plate. The present disclosure effectively solves the problems that a conventional anchor rod hinders the construction of an adjacent underground structure and pollutes underground environment, and the problems that the existing recyclable anchor rod unlocking device is unstable, does not have earthquake resistance, and cannot realize 100% recovery of rod bodies.
Hybrid permanent anchor
A hybrid permanent anchor is proposed. The hybrid permanent anchor includes: a fixed body disposed between a compression part and a tension part and coupling the compression part and the tension part to each other; the tension part coupled to a front end of the fixed body and transmitting tension to the permanent anchor when tensile stress is generated; the compression part coupled to a rear end of the fixed body and transmitting compressive force to the permanent anchor when compressive stress is generated; a PC steel strand coupled to a rear end of the compression part and having a protective pipe thereon; and an anchor head part fixing the permanent anchor to a structure.
SLOPE REPAIR METHOD
The present invention provides a slope repair method. The method includes pretreating a slope, so that an average roughness of the pretreated slope is not greater than ±8 cm to ±12 cm per linear meter; (2) hanging a hard protective mesh on the pretreated slope, where the distance between the hard protective mesh and the slope is 3-4 cm, and the hard protective mesh has an aperture size of 4-6 cm; and (3) spraying a loam-like matrix on the slope with the hard protective mesh hanged, where the loam-like matrix includes not less than 0.04/m.sup.2 of plant seeds; the plant seeds include tree seeds, shrub seeds and herb seeds with a mass ratio of (2.5-3.5):(4-6):(1.5-2.5). The method provided by the present invention effectively restores the mountain vegetation, and only needs 1-2 years of artificial maintenance after the restoration to form a cyclically stable ecosystem.

SECONDARY CONTAINMENT
This patent pertains to secondary containment systems. One implementation includes a support assembly that includes an elongate post member and a stabilization plate. In one instance, a stabilization plate is mounted on the elongate post member to reduce movement of the elongate post member when the stabilization plate is embedded in the ground. Another implementation includes a panel splice assembly including reinforcing members that secure overlapping, corrugated panels.
