Panel production kits, methods, and systems
A method of forming a concrete panel that includes forming a concrete base with a plurality of holes, where the plurality of holes are distributed proximate to a perimeter of a casting surface of the concrete base, and securing casting rails along the casting surface of the concrete base to form a concrete panel form with a closed perimeter. The casting rails are secured using a plurality of anchors through the plurality of holes in the concrete base to couple the casting rails to the concrete base. A reinforcement device and/or an attachment device is introduced within the concrete panel form, and concrete is poured into the concrete panel form. After the poured concrete has solidified into a concrete panel, the concrete panel is removed.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR SUBSEA WALL INSERTION
A lead for installing a pile into a seabed floor comprising: an elongated body extending longitudinally along a first axis in a first direction from a top end to a bottom end and configured to receive a pile oriented in the first direction; and a lead indexing foot attached to the bottom end of the elongated body and laterally offset with regard to the first axis.
HELICAL PILE FOUNDATION SYSTEM
A post foundation system is provided. The system has a shaft with a helical disk attached to one end and a post support attached to the other end. The helical disk drives the shaft into the ground as a rotational force is applied to the shaft. A fin section is rotatably coupled about the shaft between its first and second ends. The fin section can have one or more fins extending outwardly from the shaft. The fin section engages the ground to stabilize the post foundation system as the shaft of the post foundation system is driven into the ground.
WALE SUPPORT MODULE FOR FILLING AND REUSE OF NON-WELDING GROOVE
A wale support module used to mount a wale on a soldier pile of a retaining wall, where the wale support module enables a groove defined between a soldier pile and a wale to be easily filled by a groove filling block, allows a groove filling block-side wale support or a pile support to pivot in response to the installation angle of an earth anchor to respond appropriately to the inclination of the wale so that the optimal anchoring force of the earth anchor can be exercised, can be removed and reused when a retaining wall is dismantled, and allows the stability of the installation of the wale to be increased by a reverse wale hanger.
SOIL-DISPLACEMENT DRILL, METHOD FOR CONVERTING A SOIL-DISPLACEMENT DRILL AND METHOD FOR FORMING A FOUNDATION PILE
Soil-displacement drill (1) for soil-displacing drilling in a surface (10) in order to form a foundation pile (2), comprising a drill pipe (3), a drill head (4) at an end of the drill pipe (3) with several flap leaves (5) which are pivotable between a closed position for closing off the end of the drill pipe (3) and an open position for making this end freely accessible and one or several closing elements (6) to keep these flap leaves (5) in their closed position and prevent pivoting of the flap leaves (5) which are configured to fail during drilling into the surface (10) in such a way that these closing elements (6) do not impede pivoting of the flap leaves (5). In addition, the present invention relates to an assembly of a drill head (4) and one or several closing elements (6) for such a soil-displacement drill (1), a method for soil-displacing drilling and a method for converting a soil-displacement drill (1) to form such a soil-displacement drill (1).
SYSTEM FOR ANCHORING A PILE OR JACKET AND CORRESPONDING METHOD
A system for holding a tubular sleeve (2) in a receiving structure during setting of a cement or other binder introduced in a fluid state between the sleeve (2) and the receiving structure, comprising: —at least one expandable structure (4) mounted on the sleeve (2), deformable from an inactive configuration allowing insertion of the sleeve (2) in the receiving structure to an active configuration immobilizing the sleeve (2) in the receiving structure, —at least one corresponding tool to be inserted in the sleeve (2), configured for acting on the expandable structure (4) to cause it to pass from the inactive configuration to the active configuration.
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR PRODUCING A FOUNDATION ELEMENT IN THE GROUND
The invention relates to a method and a device for producing a foundation element in the ground, wherein a hole is formed in the ground which is filled with a hardenable filling mass in order to form the foundation element. According to the invention provision is made in that prior to the hardening of the filling mass a data carrier is introduced into the hole, on which information on the produced foundation element is stored .
PUMPING UNIT BASES WITH DRIVEN PILES
Embodiments of the present disclosure generally relate to a pumping unit base and methods for operating with the pumping unit base. The pumping unit base may include a plurality of driven piles installed in the ground, and a metal platform fixedly attached to the plurality of driven piles, wherein the metal platform is positioned above the ground. The metal platform may be removed from the driven piles and reinstalled to the driven piles.
Offshore structure
An offshore structure having a foundation structure, wherein the foundation structure has at least a first and a second profile, the first profile is designed as a pile and the second profile is designed as a pile sleeve, the second profile encloses the first profile over a penetration length, wherein an interspace is formed between the first and the second profile, the interspace has a casting compound filling over the total penetration length, shear elements are provided on the first and/or the second profile, the shear elements extend into the interspace and effect an axial load dissipation into the casting compound filling, the shear elements are provided only over a first partial length of the penetration length, the first partial length is between 65 and 90% of the total penetration length and a second partial length is free of shear elements, wherein the second partial length forms the upper length of the penetration length in the installed position.
