Device for laying pipes in the ground
The present invention relates to a device for laying pipes (1) in the ground, the device including a ploughshare (2) with a ploughshare shoe (3), wherein the ploughshare shoe (3) has at least one displacement element (5) protruding in a laying direction (4), a drill (6), which drill (6) is connected to the ploughshare (2) and comprises at least one drill head (7) arranged in a drill head housing section (7a) of a drill housing and a conveyor device (8) arranged in a conveyor housing section (8a) of the drill housing for removing drilled material in the form of soil grasped by the drill head (7) to the earth surface, and a connection device (9) for connecting a pipe (1) to be laid to the drill (6), wherein the ploughshare (2) is arranged behind the drill (6) when viewed in the laying direction (4).
AUGER CONNECTION MECHANISM
An auger attachment system for an extendable boom having a first stage, and a second stage, the auger attachment system having a fixed mounting configured to couple to an auger, the fixed mounting being coupled to the second stage of the extendable boom, an extendable mounting, configured to couple to the auger, the extendable mounting being coupled to the first stage of the extendable boom, and a linear actuator configured to extend and retract the extendable mounting to transfer the auger from the extendable mounting to the fixed mounting.
EXCAVATION SYSTEM AND METHOD
An excavation system has a soil-agitation arrangement including an agitator operable to disturb soil to facilitate removal of disturbed soil from the ground. Also included is a vacuum arrangement operable to remove the disturbed soil from the ground, and a sensor arrangement including at least one sensor configured to detect a presence of at least one type of buried infrastructure in the ground. A shroud arrangement including a shroud disposed over at least a portion of the agitator and may be movable relative to the agitator to selectively cover and uncover at least a portion of the agitator.

Apparatus, systems and methods for excavating trenches in earth or soil and installing underground conduits or other media
Apparatuses, systems, and methods are provided for cutting a trench in soil or earth by driving a cutter tube member through the soil or earth, injecting compressed fluid into the tube member to break up the soil and drive it through the tube member along the flow of compressed fluid, imparting dynamic vibrational forces to the tube member to assist the flow of soil therethrough, ejecting the soil from the tube member, guiding and releasing media and/or filler material into the trench, and backfilling the trench with the ejected soil.
HOLLOW BORING AUGER
The present invention relates to a hollow boring auger for use for poles, including a first and second mounting part moveably connected, one to the other, to substantially encircle the pole. A first and second auger part are also included, correspondingly attachable to the first and second mounting part, to substantially encircle the pole, A rotation apparatus associated with the mounting parts and the auger parts is included such that in use the auger parts can be rotated about the pole to bore a hollow trench about the pole. The invention also relates to a method of use.
