A cleaning system for an agricultural sprayer may include a sprayer boom, a plurality of nozzle assemblies provided in association with the sprayer boom and configured to dispense an agricultural product during a spraying operation of the agricultural sprayer, a first cleaning fluid tank configured to hold a first cleaning fluid, and a nozzle assembly fluid circuit fluidly coupling the plurality of nozzle assemblies and the first cleaning fluid tank. Moreover, the cleaning system may include a cleaning station supported on the sprayer boom, the cleaning station comprising a first valve. Additionally, the cleaning system may include a first cleaning fluid circuit fluidly coupling the first valve and the first cleaning fluid tank. The first valve is configured to supply the first cleaning fluid therethrough when the first valve is in an open position.
Systems and methods for a product system of an agricultural applicator
A product system for an agricultural sprayer can include a product tank configured to store a first volume of an agricultural product. A second volume of the agricultural product can be positioned within a flow assembly after the fill mode. A reclaim system can be configured to provide the agricultural product within the flow assembly to the product tank. A computing system can be communicatively coupled with the reclaim system and configured to determine an open volume of the product tank based on data captured by the tank sensor and activate a reclaim mode of the reclaim system to move the second volume of the agricultural product from the flow assembly to the product tank when the open volume can be greater than the second volume of the agricultural product.

The DC/DC converter is preferably a bidirectional DC/DC converter to permit an energy flow from the low voltage onboard network in the direction of the high voltage onboard network.
Swing automation for rope shovel
A system and method for various levels of automation of a swing-to-hopper motion for a rope shovel. An operator controls a rope shovel during a dig operation to load a dipper with materials. A controller receives position data, either via operator input or sensor data, for the dipper and a hopper where the materials are to be dumped. The controller then calculates an ideal path for the dipper to travel to be positioned above the hopper to dump the contents of the dipper. In some embodiments, the controller outputs operator feedback to assist the operator in traveling along the ideal path to the hopper. In some embodiments, the controller restricts the dipper motion such that the operator is not able to deviate beyond certain limits of the ideal path. In some embodiments, the controller automatically controls the movement of the dipper to reach the hopper.
Swing automation for rope shovel
A system and method for various levels of automation of a swing-to-hopper motion for a rope shovel. An operator controls a rope shovel during a dig operation to load a dipper with materials. A controller receives position data, either via operator input or sensor data, for the dipper and a hopper where the materials are to be dumped. The controller then calculates an ideal path for the dipper to travel to be positioned above the hopper to dump the contents of the dipper. A mining machine having a control system for operating the mining machine. The control system includes a vibration monitor. The mining machine further includes a sensor and a vibration control system. The sensor senses vibration of a component of the mining machine. The vibration control system determines when the mining machine is moving in a proper cycle, triggers acquisition of vibration sensor data from the sensor in response to determining that the mining machine is moving in the proper cycle, and outputs the vibration sensor data.
