TRENCHING CHAINSAW BLADE DEVICE
A trenching chainsaw blade including a digger chain including a right side and a left side, each side is a mirror image of each other and each side is mounted in an alternating fashion to a right side and a left side of the digger chain respectively, each side including a plurality of sets of teeth and connecting links, wherein each set of teeth includes a scooped blade trenching tooth and a non-scooped blade tooth separated by at least one connecting link.

Cruise Control On A Work Machine
A cruise control system for work machines. The system comprises one or more levers for controlling the velocity of the work machine and one or more magnet assemblies. The magnet assemblies comprise means of overcoming the neutral bias of a control lever so that the velocity of the work machine may be maintained without manual input from the operator. The magnets may act directly upon a control lever or a surface adjacent a control lever. Additional controls may be employed to set a maximum cruising speed for the work machine when cruise control is engaged.
Automatic Depth Control System
A system for uncovering a desired and pre-planned trench. A trenching machine is equipped with sensors, including visual imaging sensors. The sensors detect the inclination of the ground and movement of the trenching machine, as well as the angle of a trenching boom. Using this information, and a pre-determined preferred trench grade, a processor commands the trenching boom to adjust its angle to maintain the preferred trench grade. Surface irregularities may therefore be accounted for along the length of the trench to maintain a constant grade at the trench bottom.

Pipeline Following Sensor Arrangement
A method and apparatus for installing a monitoring cable or other utility near an existing pipeline. An electromagnetic signal may be induced on the pipeline, either directly, or by transmitting a signal from a vehicle carrying a sensor array. The sensors disposed on the vehicle communicate with a processor to determine a distance and orientation of the vehicle relative to the pipeline. The signal may be electromagnetic, acoustic, capacitive, or the like. A plow or other digging tool may be on the vehicle or a secondary vehicle. Such a digging tool opens a trench and installs the cable along a path disposed next to the pipeline within an acceptable distance range from the pipeline. The vehicle may be remotely or automatically operated.
Foundation construction device and its construction method
A foundation construction device includes a fixed guiding device and a combined device. The fixed guiding device includes a fixed rack and a guiding device. The combined device includes a chain cutter power transmission device, a spoil treatment device, and a rack.

Throttle Control System
A hydraulic control system for use with a work machine. The work machine has a platform which supports an operator. When the operator is not on the platform, the platform moves into a first position, causing a signal generator to send a signal to a controller. The controller is configured to limit the hydraulic flow to the ground drive motor when the platform is in the first position. The controller may directly reduce operation of the engine, or may adjust a valve which diverts a portion of hydraulic flow. The limitation may be overridden when desired by the operator.
EXCAVATION DATA PROCESSING METHOD, EXCAVATION DATA PROCESSING DEVICE, AND EXCAVATOR FOR TRENCH
An excavation data processing method includes: a first acquisition step of acquiring position data of a reference part of an excavating body, position data of a plurality of measuring parts with respect to the reference part in the excavating body, and data indicative of an excavation depth; a second acquisition step of acquiring inclination angle data of the plurality of measuring parts of the excavating body; a first deriving step of deriving a plurality of measurement positions as positions of the plurality of measuring parts from the reference part position data, the plurality of measuring part positions data and inclination angles data; a second deriving step of deriving an excavation bottom position by interpolation processing based on the plurality of measurement positions and the excavation depth; and an output step of outputting information of the excavation bottom position.
