Work analysis device and method of work analysis
A work analysis device includes a state data acquisition unit state, a work specification unit, and an output unit. The data acquisition unit acquires state data indicating a state of a work machine. The work specification unit specifies, based on the acquired state data, a classification of work of the work machine for each of the multiple times, and collects the classification of work in a chronological order. The output unit outputs a time series of the specified classification of work.

An industrial vehicle work guide system according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a memory configured to store engine used data, a driving time, a fuel consumption amount, and reference fuel efficiency; a display module configured to output a guide message; and an analysis module configured to calculate actual fuel efficiency by using the engine used data, the driving time, and the fuel consumption amount, compare the actual fuel efficiency with the reference fuel efficiency, and control the display module so that the display module outputs a guide message when the actual fuel efficiency is lower than the reference fuel efficiency.

A method for controlling the ground grip of a wheeled loader having a pair of front wheels, a bucket, and at least one boom, comprising measuring the relative position of said front wheels with respect to the ground, detecting the reaching of a critical threshold value by measuring the relative position of the front wheels with respect to the ground, comparing the measurement of the relative position of the front wheels to a critical threshold value, and, when the measurement of the relative position of the front wheels with respect to the ground reaches the critical threshold value, inhibiting a further tilting of the bucket and a further lowering of the at least one boom.

According to some implementations, a magnetic sensor may include a communication device; a magnetic switch; and a controller configured to: determine whether the magnetic switch is actuated by a magnet associated with the bucket tooth; generate, based on determining whether the magnetic switch is actuated, a message concerning an attachment status of the bucket tooth; and cause the communication device to wirelessly transmit the message.

In addition, the set time is set as a first set time Tth1 when an operation time until at least one of levers 14 and 34 makes a transition to the non-operation state is longer than a monitoring time Tth0, and the set time is set as a second set time Tth2 shorter than the first set time Tth1 when the operation time until the at least one control lever makes a transition to the non-operation state is shorter than the monitoring time Tth0.

The processor is configured to determine the necessity of a restriction related to the movement of the actuator in accordance with whether the operating apparatus is operated with an operator's hand.

SYSTEM, METHOD AND DEVICE FOR CALIBRATING WORK MACHINE
A work machine includes a vehicle body and a work implement attached to the vehicle body. A system calibrates the work machine by using an external measurement apparatus. The system includes an attitude sensor, a positional sensor attached to the vehicle body, a storage device, an input device and a processor. The attitude sensor outputs attitude data indicative of an attitude of the vehicle body. The storage device stores machine data indicative of a position of the positional sensor in a vehicle body coordinate system. The input device receives an input of calibration data including a position of a predetermined measurement point on the work machine measured by the external measurement apparatus, and a position of the positional sensor measured by the external measurement apparatus. The processor calibrates the machine data based on the calibration data and the attitude data.
