MANIPULATION GUIDE DEVICE
An operator is allowed to easily recognize a difference between a manipulation actually performed when performing a work and a manipulation serving a model for the work. A manipulation guide device for a work machine includes a manipulation device, a storage unit, and a display unit. The manipulation device is manipulated by an operator of the work machine to operate the work machine. The storage unit stores model data serving as a model when the manipulation device is manipulated. The display unit displays a change over time in a result of comparison between actual manipulation data about an actual manipulation of the manipulation device by the operator and model data in a time period during an operation of the work machine.
METHOD FOR ASSISTING OR TRAINING OPERATORS TO OPERATE MACHINES
A method for assisting an operator in operating a machine. The method includes receiving, by a controller, a selection of a task of a plurality of tasks, each task associated with a corresponding movement pattern of the machine; sensing, by a sensor unit, at least one condition of at least one component of the machine associated with the selected task; and determining, by the controller, whether the condition is within a predetermined set of parameters associated with the selected task. In response to determining that the condition is not within the predetermined set of parameters, the method further includes generating, by the controller, an audible or a haptic signal associated with at least one of the condition or the at least one component.

A work machine display system includes an image acquisition unit and a display control unit. The image acquisition unit acquires a captured image in which surroundings of a work machine are portrayed. The display control unit generates a display signal in order to display a display image including a peripheral image based on the captured image on a screen of a display unit after transition when the display control unit receives a transition signal for screen transition while the peripheral image is displayed on the display unit.

A wear monitoring system includes a pair of track links for a track assembly of a machine, with a sensing device disposed within a cavity formed in a link body of each of the pair of track links. One or more communication devices are associated with the sensing devices, and a computing device is wirelessly connected over a communication network with each of the communication devices. One or more of the sensing devices and the computing device are configured to detect one or more of a distance between the sensing device disposed in one of the pair of track links and the sensing device disposed in another of the pair of track links, and a distance between the sensing device disposed in one of the pair of track links and a remote device. The computing device is configured to determine internal wear between components of at least one of the pair of track links based on changes in the detected distance.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR MONITORING AN ATTACHMENT FOR A MINING MACHINE
Systems and methods for monitoring an attachment, such as a breaker head, for a mining machine. The system includes a breaker head, a wireless identification tag, a sensor, and an electronic processor. The wireless identification tag is coupled to the breaker head and includes a tag memory storing an identifier of the breaker head and an antenna. The sensor is configured to generate measurement data associated with the breaker head. The electronic processor is configured to receive measurement data from the sensor, generate a notification based on the measurement data, and transmit the notification to the wireless identification tag. Additionally, the wireless identification tag is configured to store the notification. The notification can then be later retrieved from the wireless identification tag by various devices, such as a further mining machine or a reader device of maintenance personnel.

A construction method of digital twin for structure performance of an intelligent excavator. Through the finite element analysis on key parts in the process of the intelligent excavator, the relevant structural mechanics performance is obtained; The important operating states of the key parts of the intelligent excavator in the excavation process are collected, and the key operating data are obtained through data processing and calculation; sensor data and an artificial intelligence algorithm are fused, and the structure performance of the parts of the intelligent excavator under multiple unknown working conditions is predicated by using a prediction model; and finally, the performance data information is modeled and rendered by computer graphics technology, to obtain a digital twin of the structure performance display of the intelligent excavator is obtained, thereby realizing digital twin mapping of the performance information on key parts of the intelligent excavator in the excavation process.
Work Machine
A work machine includes: an informing device that informs an operator; an input device for inputting predetermined information; a notification device that gives a notification to a worker around the work machine; a controller; and a communication device that communicates with a mobile terminal carried by the worker. The controller determines whether or not an approval request for requesting approval of entry into a movable range of the work machine transmitted from the mobile terminal when the worker around the work machine operates the mobile terminal has been received; inform, by using the informing device, that the approval request has been received when it is determined that the approval request has been received; determine whether or not approval operation of approving entry into the movable range has been performed on the input device; set an interpersonal communication level representing a degree of interpersonal communication between the operator and the worker depending on whether or not the approval request has been received and whether or not the approval operation has been performed; decide a mode of notification in accordance with the interpersonal communication level; and give a notification in the mode of notification by using the notification device.
WORKING MACHINE
A working machine, equipped with a working device that extends to the outside of a machine body, includes: a physical quantity detection sensor (that detects a physical quantity concerning the working machine; a monitor that displays predetermined information; and a controller that controls the monitor. The controller includes a stress calculation section that calculates a distribution of stress applied to the working device based on the physical quantity concerning the working machine, detected by the physical quantity detection sensor, and a display control section that controls the display of the predetermined information on the monitor. The display control section controls the display on the monitor so as to indicate the distribution of the stress applied to the working device, calculated by the stress calculation section, in conjunction with the movement of the working device.
