STABILIZED PIPE SYSTEM AND PIPE STABILIZATION APPARATUS
20200041037 · 2020-02-06 ·

A pipe stabilization apparatus is described that stabilizes a pipe partially buried in the ground, such as a plumbing pipe of a yard water hydrant or a gas riser pipe. The pipe is stabilized so that forces and stress on a part of the pipe that extends above ground will not cause pipe breakage or leaks in the pipe or pipe connections that are below ground. The pipe stabilization apparatus includes a first arm coupled to a first clamp, and a second arm coupled to a second clamp. The first and the second clamps are coupled to each other, with the pipe in between, so that the first and the second arm extend from the pipe. A first end of the pipe, the two clamps coupled to the pipe, and the two arms are buried underground with a second end of the pipe extending out of the ground.

Modular two-part sillcock
10550550 · 2020-02-04 ·

A two-part sillcock includes interior and exterior sillcock members selectively coupled to actuate a valve that controls fluid flow to a faucet. The interior sillcock member includes a flanged housing having an inlet, an outlet, and a valve with a stem including a coupling at the outlet end. The coupling is supported within the housing by an adapter adjacent the outlet end. The exterior sillcock member includes a flanged faucet including a handle shaft with a coupling at the inlet end. An adapter adjacent the housing outlet supports the valve stem coupling and guides and receives the faucet handle shaft coupling for engagement of the couplings. When the exterior and interior sillcock flanges are connected, the faucet handle shaft coupling is connected with the valve stem coupling, so that movement of the handle controls operation of the valve. A dual two-part sillcock includes two sillcocks connected by a mixing assembly.

PUSH-FIT SPIGOT
20190323613 · 2019-10-24 · ·

A push-fit spigot. The spigot includes a push-fit coupling member removably disposed within an internal passage of a body of the spigot. The coupling member enables simple push-fit installation of the spigot on a stub-out in a structure. The coupling member is retained within the internal passage of the spigot by a removable fastener. A removal plate is installed on the stub-out prior to making insertion of the stub-out into the coupling member. Removal of the spigot from an installation on the stub-out is simply performed by removing the fastener between the coupling member and the body to enable removal of the body. The removal plate is then useable to depress a release collar in the coupling member to disengage the push-fit mechanism therein from the stub-out.

Mountable Watering Assembly

A mountable watering assembly may include a main column member, base, front bracket, spacer bracket, fasteners, a capping assembly, and a back bracket. One or more adjustable spacers may be disposed between the front bracket and the spacer bracket. A tap and a hose may be coupled to the main column member or to a hose assembly disposed within the main column member. The mountable watering assembly may be mounted on a railing system. One or more panels may be coupled to the main column member.

ELECTRONIC QUICK CONNECT AND QUICK DISCONNECT SYSTEM
20190301648 · 2019-10-03 ·

An electronic quick connector for forming a severable connection in a fluid system, comprises: a body having a bore therethrough, wherein the body comprises (i) an attachment end configured to connect the bore in fluid flow relationship to a fluid flow channel, and (ii) a coupling end configured to connect the bore in fluid flow relationship to a coupling end of a further electronic quick connector; a holding mechanism configured to secure the coupling end of the electronic quick connector in a receiving opening of a coupling end of the further electronic quick connector; and at least one sensor configured to: (i) detect a plurality of coupling conditions of the electronic quick connector and the further electronic quick connector, wherein the coupling conditions include the connected condition and a disconnected condition, and (ii) provide an electronic signal representing the coupling condition detected by the at least one sensor.

Hydrant assembly
