A plumbing trap assembly for integrating a plumbing trap into a variety of plumbing geometries includes a plumbing trap that has an inlet and an outlet for plumbing into an existing sewer system of a building. The plumbing trap is curved between the inlet and the outlet to trap water for inhibiting back flow of sewer gasses through the plumbing trap. The plumbing trap has a plurality of threaded sections thereon. The threaded sections are spaced apart from other thereby facilitating the plumbing trap to be cut between a selected pair of the threaded sections. In this way the plumbing trap has an adjustable length to facilitate the plumbing trap to be integrated into a variety of plumbing geometries.

The present disclosure relates to the technical field of toilet equipment, particularly to a toilet. The toilet includes a toilet body, a water tank, an air isolation device, and a water pump, wherein the toilet body is provided thereon with a spout directly facing a sewage exit; the water pump is configured to draw water from the water tank, a water outlet of the water pump is in communication with the spout of the toilet body via the air isolation device, and the air isolation device is configured to block reverse flow of sewage from the spout of the toilet body to the water tank.

These configurations provide an air gap that prevents contamination due to back flow of water within the fitting reaching water discharge devices or the body inlet of the manifold fitting.

Disclosed is a method of maintaining fluid flow through a plumbing system, comprising sealing an opening of all but one of the plurality of plumbing fixtures to result in a first unsealed plumbing fixture; connecting a vacuum assembly to an opening of the plumbing system below the horizontal pipe line by connecting a first end of a vacuum conduit to a vacuum source and a second end of the vacuum conduit to the opening of the plumbing system; connecting a pump assembly to the unsealed plumbing fixture by connecting a first end of a fluid conduit to a tank and a second end of the fluid conduit to an opening of the first unsealed plumbing fixture; activating the vacuum source; and introducing a volume of fluid from the pump assembly through the fluid conduit into the opening of the unsealed plumbing fixture. Also disclosed are systems for maintaining fluid flow.
