Method of retrofitting a bathtub drainage pipe
A method of retrofitting a drainage pipe is disclosed. The method provides removing a pre-existing bathtub drain of a pre-existing bathtub drainage system to expose the concrete-encased drainage pipe, attaching a gasket to an exposed end of the concrete-encased drainage pipe, attaching a drain body to the gasket, attaching a strainer to the drain body, and attaching the drain body to the concrete-encased drainage pipe via the gasket. The drain body and gasket create a water-tight seal with and between the concrete-encased drainage pipe when attached. The method enables a user to convert a pre-existing bathtub drainage pipe to a shower drainage pipe without the added necessity of digging into the concrete surrounding the pre-existing drainage pipe below the pre-existing bathtub drain in order to place a small piece of modern piping material and a secure fastener below the body of the shower drain.
Waste fitting
The invention relates to a waste fitting including a waste pan means into which waste can flow, at least one part of the waste pan means allowing visual inspection therethrough. During installation, an opening of the waste outlet can be located by visual inspection through the or each at least one part of the waste pan means, enabling a suitable position to be determined for forming and or positioning of at least one aperture in the waste pan means. The at least on aperture is formed such that, in use, waste that flows into the waste pan means can exit through the or each at least one aperture towards the opening in the waste outlet. The invention also relates to a method of installing a waste fitting.

Bathtub Installation Aide
A bathtub installation aide apparatus is described. The apparatus exhibits a box-shape, which is configured to act as a placeholder at a drain point. The apparatus is equipped with a drain trough, and facilitates in the creation of empty space around a tub drain during ultimate installation of a bathtub. The apparatus removes the need to use cardboard and/or dirt/sand in the molding and construction of the bathtub and foundation. A leak detector unit is present to alert when the presence of a leak is detected after a set period of time has elapsed. A sensor is configured to relay the presence of water to the leak detector unit. A bottom of the apparatus is equipped with tiers or steps to funnel water towards the drain, even in the event of a leak.
Handheld personal perineal cleansing system and methods
A handheld personal perineal cleansing system is provided that includes a tee fitting for connecting between a fluid flow pipe and a showerhead, one or more shut-off valves, a flexible feeder supply line attached to the tee fitting, an elongated spray arm attached to the distal end of the feeder supply line, at least one handle fixedly connected to the elongated spray arm, a collection basin, a spray head disposed within the collection basin and having a nozzle assembly, a removal line attached to the collection basin and to a drain cover in a shower floor or, in a shower/bathtub combination, to a drain cover in a floor drain or an overflow drain.

SHOWER FLOOR ASSEMBLY
A shower floor former assembly is provided which comprises a shower floor former having a non-circular waste-plate receiver and a drain waste plate which is dimensioned to be receivable in the waste-plate receiver. A centre point of the waste-plate receiver is offset from a centre point of the shower floor former, and the drain waste plate has a drainage aperture therethrough, a centre point of the drainage aperture being offset from a centre point of the drain waste plate. The drain waste plate is receivable in the waste-plate receiver in a first condition in which the centre point of the drainage aperture is offset relative to the centre point of the shower floor former. The drain waste plate is also receivable in the waste-plate receiver in a second condition in which the centre point of the drainage aperture is coincident with the centre point of the shower floor former.
