Toilet Assembly
A skirted toilet assembly, comprising a toilet bowl having a sump outlet; and a wall extending around the bowl from a first rear edge to a second rear edge; wherein the wall, the first rear edge, and the second rear edge define a space within the wall, the sump outlet is configured to couple to a trapway, the trapway is configured to fluidly couple the sump outlet with a sewer outlet, and the trapway is configured to be disposed within the space. A trapway may be a thermoplastic and the sump outlet a ceramic.
Pipe Connector
There is described a pipe connector for connecting first and second pipes slidably engageable one into the other, the pipe connector comprising: a side wall extending between a first end and a second end along a longitudinal axis and defining an interior space, the side wall being adapted to be inserted into a floor hole made into a floor; a floor flange extending laterally and outwardly from the first end of the side wall, the floor flange being adapted to rest on a floor surface when the side wall is inserted into the floor hole; and a guiding assembly secured to the side wall and comprising at least one resilient retaining finger for receiving the first pipe therebetween, the at least one resilient retaining finger being securable to the first pipe when the second pipe is engaged into the first pipe.

ANTI-OVERFLOW TOILET WITH AN INTERNAL DIVERTING WALL DIVERTING FLUSH WATER FROM A SECONDARY DRAIN INLET
A toilet includes a bowl including a supply water plenum providing the water to the basin, a primary drain fluidly connecting and terminating at a drain passage and a secondary drain fluidly connecting the supply water plenum to the sewer drainage pipe. The secondary drain is separate from the primary drain and includes at least one secondary drain inlet that is disposed within the supply water plenum, a second drain channel, and a second drain outlet. The inlet permits rising waste water to flow from the supply water plenum into the second drain channel and out of the second drain outlet to the sewer drainage pipe separately from the waste water of the primary drain. The supply water plenum also includes a diverting wall located upstream of the secondary drain inlet configured to divert water flowing from upstream from flowing into the inlet.
Closet flange with a membrane seal
A closet flange for use in installation of a toilet in relation to a waste pipe. The closet flange comprises a body formed of polymeric material, the body including a tubular portion having a proximal end and a distal end and a flange portion located at the proximal end of the tubular portion. The flange portion extends radially outward with respect to the tubular portion of the body, the flange portion defining an inner periphery forming a drain opening aligned with an interior of the tubular portion and further defining an outer periphery. The flange portion also defines a plurality of fastener openings therethrough for use in securing the closet flange to a mounting surface. A seal membrane is removably attached to the flange portion so as to cover the drain opening in a water-tight manner.

Universal height absorbing toilet seal
A toilet seal for sealing between a plumbing fixture discharge and a waste drainpipe outlet is described. The toilet seal comprises a flange member having an inwardly extending flexible lip and one or more raised ridges defining an annular seal extending upwardly from an upper surface of the flange member. The toilet seal further includes a radiused wall extending downwardly from the flange member, which cooperates with the flange member to define a cavity for receiving a compressible member. The toilet seal further comprises a flexible sleeve extending downwardly from the radiused wall. Related methods are described.
