The present invention comprises a self-contained mobile living space that mimics the amenities of an entire residential property in order to affordably house individuals, particularly in urban environments. All living necessities are fused into one micro-living platform, independent of access to existing structures, land space, electricity, or sewage hookups, allowing landowners to rent out space with limited effort. The wheeled foundation allows the assembly to circumvent some of the existing urban building codes. In preferred embodiments, the various elements are configured in such a way that separate areas for sleeping, leisure, bathing, cooking, and gardening can be had atop a single compact space, with the use of exterior space maximized to heighten the sense of spatial availability for the occupant. The invention provides a new alternative for affordable urban housing, exploiting available residential land without the expense, permitting, or effort associated with permanent construction on a non-portable foundation.

The cellar may be or include a cellar trailer and may be configured to house drilling equipment, such as well head equipment, such as one or more blowout preventers. In some embodiments, the cellar trailer may provide work areas, such that the well head equipment may be prepared, tested, or generally operated within the cellar trailer. The cellar trailer may additionally be configured to provide stiffening support to the drill floor in order to mitigate deflection of the drill floor during drilling operations. The stiffening support may be provided by a shear wall extending from the cellar trailer. The cellar trailer may be towable. The cellar trailer may additionally be skiddable and/or walkable.

In one aspect of the invention, a foldable shelter pod is provided herein including: a top; a bottom; first and second foldable end walls; first and second foldable side walls; and, a plurality of mountable corner panels. The walls are each adjustable from an initial flat folded state to a use state where an obtuse angle is internally subtended. In the use state, first, second, third, and fourth corner openings are defined between adjacent pairs of end walls and side walls. The corner panels are mountable in the first, second, third, and fourth corner openings to brace the foldable shelter pod in an erected state.

With regard to mobile residential facilities such as camping cars, provided is a wing body-type truck vehicle to which a removable residential facility is mounted. When the residential facility is installed inside a cargo compartment of the wing body-type truck vehicle, one or more fixing mechanisms attached to the vehicle (e.g., to the load bed frame of the vehicle) prevent relative movement of the residential facility and the load bed of the vehicle. To separate the residential facility from the cargo compartment, the one or more fixing mechanisms are removed, thus allowing the residential facility to move relative to the load bed frame and be removed.
