MODULAR WORKSPACE SYSTEM
A modular workspace system employs a plurality of interchangeable posts, beams/rails, and panels, permitting assembly of modular rooms and modular room structures of varying size, shape, and purpose. Wire management openings permit internal wire management.
MODULAR MULTI-CONTAINER HOUSING STRUCTURE, MULTI-CONTAINER INTERLOCK, AND METHODS FOR MANUFACTURE OF SAME
A modular multi-container housing structure connector for containers, which each have sides including a roof, a floor, and four lateral sides, includes a connector frame comprising vertical and horizontal struts shaped to connect to at least one of the sides of two adjacent containers and at least one interlock configured to secure the connector frame to the side of one container. The at least one interlock may be a plurality of interlocks. The connector frame may comprise two vertical struts and two horizontal struts each shaped and configured to connect to a respective edge of an adjacent side of two adjacent containers and, responsive to the connector frame being connected to two adjacent sides of two adjacent containers by the plurality of interlocks, the connector frame and interlocks form a container-to-connector frame-to-container connection to establish a weather-tight housing structure with the two or multiple connected containers.
RAPID ASSEMBLY CONSTRUCTION MODULES AND METHODS FOR USE
A module for use in constructing a building includes a ceiling assembly. Wall assemblies are configured for attachment to opposite sides of the ceiling assembly generally at tops of the wall assemblies. A floor assembly is configured for attachment generally to bottoms of the wall assemblies. Connector plates are attached to the wall assemblies. The connector plates are configured to receive fasteners for attaching the ceiling assembly and floor assembly to the wall assemblies. A method of construction using the modules is also disclosed.
MODULAR BUILDING
A modular building includes at least one outer wall that includes at least first and second panels aligned end to end at a panel joint. Each panel includes first planks forming a part of the outer wall of the building and second planks forming a first decorative wall fixed to the outer wall. The decorative wall extends substantially perpendicular to the outer wall and terminates beyond the first planks on at least one side of the panel. The space between the first decorative wall of the panel and an adjacent decorative wall of a second panel accommodates a shelving unit or a joint cover strip that covers the panel joint.
Article and method for constructing, deconstructing and reconstructing temporary structures
Provided herewith is a system for assembling a temporary structure using a plurality of separate members. A first member has ends at opposite sides of an elongated body portion, with notches on the top and bottom sides of each end. A second member has ends with notches formed on opposite between the ends. These notches enable the first and second members to engage with other such separate members. A third member has a triangular shape that functions as a roof truss with opposing sloped surfaces and an underside. A pair of truss notches is formed at positions corresponding to the notches of the first member, for each engaging with one of the plurality of separate members. The third member also includes feature hooks, formed on the sloped surfaces, for engaging with a fourth member defined by a planar roofing material having a plurality of holes.
Structural modular building connector
A connector assembly, having an upper connector coupled to a lower connector and a gusset plate sandwiched between the upper and lower connectors. Also, disclosed is a hoistable connector assembly, a lifting frame assembly, a coupling system for modular frame units, a method for assembling a module unit using the connector assembly, and a modular frame unit and building having the connector assembly.
Enclosure Component Perimeter Structures
An enclosure member for a building structure comprising a planar laminate having a first facing layer; a layer of foam having a first face and a second opposing face; and a second facing layer; where the first facing layer is fastened to the first face of the layer of foam, and the second facing layer is fastened to the second opposing face of the layer of foam. An edge of the enclosure is provided with a perimeter structure that can perform one or more of a sealing function, an edge reinforcement function and a pivotable joining function with another enclosure, in accordance with the particular embodiment.
RAPIDLY DEPLOYABLE AIR SUPPORTED STRUCTURE SYSTEMS AND RELATED METHODS
Transportable and rapidly deployable air supported structure systems and related methods are disclosed. The air supported structure systems include at least one transportable container. The systems also include a flexible outer membrane configured to couple to a base in a substantially air-tight manner. The systems further include at least one air handling mechanism contained within the at least one container configured to force air between the outer membrane and the base to form an enclosure therebetween via internal air pressure. The systems are configurable between a packaged state with the outer membrane contained within the at least one container, and a deployed state with the outer membrane being coupled to the base and the at least one air handling mechanism forming the enclosure via the internal air pressure. The at least one container may form a portion of the base and/or provide for ingress and egress with the enclosure.
Systems and methods for rotating modular housing modules on a trailer bed
A modular home includes a first housing portion including a first floor, a ceiling, at least three walls, a first vertical edge of a first wall, a second vertical edge of a second wall, and an opening between a horizontal edge of the first floor, a first horizontal edge of the first ceiling, and the first and second vertical edges. The modular home further includes a second housing portion including a second floor, a ceiling, at least three walls, a third vertical edge of a third wall, a fourth vertical edge of a fourth wall, and an opening between a horizontal edge of the second floor, a second horizontal edge of the second ceiling, and the third and fourth vertical edges. The first vertical edge is coupled to the third vertical edge by a hinge, and the second vertical edge is configured to be coupled to the fourth vertical edge.
Systems and methods for computer-determined efficient bagging of ordered items
The present disclosure provides systems and methods for automated bag packaging, comprising at least one processor; and memory storing comprising: receiving an order comprising at least one item; searching at least one data store to determine one or more properties associated with each item; for each group: performing an optimization process for packaging the at least one item into one or more bags, by: selecting a data structure representing a first bag, the data structure comprising a size of the first bag; iteratively simulating packaging of a largest item of the group into the first bag until all items are packaged in the selected bag; generating at least one set of instructions for packaging the items into the selected bag; and sending the generated instructions to a computer system for display, the instructions including at least one item identifier and one bag identifier.
