Data centre
A data centre comprises a plurality of sections assembled together to define a unitary structure such that there exists at least one personnel area that spans at least two sections; wherein the sections comprise a first section with which there is associated a first service-carrying chassis and a second section with which there is associated a second service-carrying chassis, each of the first and second service-carrying chassis comprising a frame onto which is mounted components of at least two different services; the first and second chassis are connected to each other by means of a junction between the first and second chassis; and the first and second sections each include a ceiling and the first service carrying chassis is mounted on the ceiling of the first section and the second service carrying chassis is mounted on the ceiling of the second section.
Modified portable commode cabana with a private urinal cabana
A sliding partition enclosure system for a modified portable commode cabana with a private urinal cabana, providing simultaneous dual use. A commode cabana's internal compartment includes a commode and waste containment chamber disposed below. An external shell including: a roof, three wall panels, a front panel with latching door and a floor panel with external parallel tracks, a urinal affixed upon the external shell, a drainage system connecting the externally mounted urinal to the enclosed waste containment chamber. A sliding partition unit when extended, provides the private urinal cabana enclosure, including: two horizontally side panels on external parallel tracks of the commode cabana, a front panel with latching door, a roof, and a floor panel hinged to the commode cabana's floor that folds down, stabilizing the sliding partition enclosure when in use. The floor folds up and the partition slides closed when not in use for portability.
INTEGRATED WHOLE HOUSE ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS
An electrical system for installation in a building project includes an electrical panel assembly with a chassis and at least one housing and one or more line voltage source connection points mounted to the chassis. The system also includes one or more low voltage power sources mounted to the chassis, wherein the electrical panel assembly is located in a predetermined location in the building project for connection to one or more low voltage components via direct connections and to one or more line voltage outlets.
Fabrication method of a plant facility
To reduce work at an installation site when a plant facility is manufactured, modules are conveyed in order from a fabrication yard to the installation site, and expansion and contraction amounts of pipe spools are calculated based on a temperature difference between a temperature at the fabrication yard when the modules are manufactured and a temperature at the installation site when the modules are installed at the installation site. Further, an installation position of a foundation is adjusted toward a direction to cancel out the expansion and contraction amounts of the plurality of pipe spools, and the pipe spool is moved toward the direction to cancel out the expansion and contraction amounts of the plurality of pipe spools. The modules are installed with the positions of the end portions of the pipe spools being adjusted.
A BOOTH AND AN ACOUSTIC SEAL
A freestanding booth comprising upstanding peripheral walls, a roof and a base upon which the booth stands in use, one of the walls defining an opening that is closed by a door, wherein the base extends along a basal edge of a first of the walls, the first wall being fixed to the base via a first levelling assembly, the first levelling assembly comprising a first height adjustment mechanism and a second height adjustment mechanism that are spaced apart from one another in a longitudinal direction of the basal edge of the first wall and are independently adjustable for altering an angle of the basal edge of the first wall relative to the ground.
MODULAR DRAIN ASSEMBLY FOR POD CONSTRUCTED ROOM
A drain assembly for installation in a shower floor, the drain assembly including a drain body including an upper surface defining a top side, and a lower surface opposite the upper surface defining a bottom side. The drain assembly also defines an aperture extending along an axis through the drain body between the upper surface and the lower surface and includes an outlet having a flange and an elongated body. When assembled, the elongated body is configured to extend below the lower surface of the drain body when the flange rests on the upper surface. The drain assembly also includes one or more fasteners configured to couple the outlet to the drain body to form a water-tight seal therebetween, where each of the one or more fasteners are accessible from the top side.
Utility Building Module
A building module that can accommodate wiring, plumbing, insolation, stairs, and any other device or material desired in construction of structures involving intermodal containers. Embodiments of the building module contain spaces and joist structure, which can provide support for one or more intermodal containers. The joist structure can include several perpendicular beams in a grid formation. These beams can have openings for the purpose of lightening the structure, saving on materials, and allowing space for utility materials such as wiring, plumbing, and other implements used in the walls, floors, and ceilings of structure construction. Building module embodiments can also be used as a header to stabilize walls for the addition of doorways and windows.
IMPROVEMENTS IN AND RELATING TO MOBILE MEDICAL UNITS
Various embodiments are described herein or structures that may be portable, semi-permanent or permanent and made from modular structures for serving a variety of purposes. The modular structures may be made from shipping containers and include air control systems for independently maintaining and transitioning the same rooms of the structure to and from different pressures relative to the outside environment. The rooms of the structures may have wall panels that are constructed to attach to the inner surface of the shipping containers while having a reduced footprint and also laterally engaging one another to increase structural integrity and forming a pressure seal. Various types of compound structures can be formed by connecting the module structures in an airtight fashion by using various seals.
Tile Setting Structure and Method of Setting Tile
A method of setting tile includes constructing a floor panel and a plurality of wall panels and attaching each of the plurality of wall panels to either the floor panel or one of the other wall panels with a waterproof caulk. Each of the wall panels includes a first rigid layer, a second rigid layer attached to the first rigid layer by a thinset mortar, and a waterproofing layer formed of a flexible material and attached to the second rigid layer by the thinset mortar.
Systems And Methods For Automatically Reconfiguring A Building Structure
Techniques for automatically modulating a physical configuration of a reconfigurable building structure. A reconfigurable building structure may be constructed of physical elements that are movable with respect to one another to facilitate actuating the reconfigurable building structure between a plurality of different physical configurations. The physical configuration of a reconfigurable building structure may be adjusted to accommodate for physical dimensions of an item that is going to be moved into the reconfigurable building structure. For example, a spacing between two shelves may be expanded in response to an order being placed for a large item. In this way, when the item is delivered to a physical address associated with the reconfigurable building structure, various physical characteristics of the reconfigurable building structure may have already been modulated to accept the item.
