A second aluminum gasket profile is interposed between the second bottom channel and the second panel bottom edge.
OPERABLE WALL ASSEMBLY CONTROL USING VOICE COMMANDS
Systems and methods for controlling an operable wall configured to move between a deployed condition and a stacked condition. The method includes receiving a voice command from a user via a microphone and initiating a wall movement of the operable wall based on the received voice command. In response to detecting an object with at least one sensor of the plurality of sensors, the wall movement is stopped and an alert is provided to the user that the wall movement has stopped. When the detected object is no longer detected by the at least one sensor, the wall movement is automatically resumed.
SPACE DIVIDER SYSTEM FOR INDOOR FACILITIES
A system for eliminating gaps between a flexible sheet and an adjacent surface. A flexible sheet has a body, an upper edge, a lower edge, and a side edge. The flexible sheet is movable between retracted and deployed configurations. A knuckle member has first and second pivotable portions, the first portion is coupled to the lower edge of the flexible sheet and the second portion has a T-shaped first end coupled to a flap on the side edge of the flexible sheet. When the flexible sheet is retracted the second portion of the knuckle is angled with respect to the first portion. When the flexible sheet is deployed the second portion of the knuckle is coaxial with the first portion and the T-shaped first end moves the flap outward to engage the adjacent surface.
Structural joint and sealing element for panels
Disclosed herein is a building assembly for assembling building panels. The building assembly includes a supporting member, a pair of a first sealing member, an elastically deformable gasket, and a second sealing member. The supporting member has a base, a channel disposed at the center of the base, and a pair of rails independently disposed next to the channel. The pair of a first sealing members independently includes a first base portion and two retention tongues independently extending outwardly from the first base portion. The elastically deformable gasket has a U- or V-shaped space in cross section and two flanges independently extending laterally from one edge of the U- or V-shaped space. The second sealing member has a second base portion and a rib disposed at the center of the second base portion. Further, the pair of the first sealing members are configured to engage with the supporting member, the elastically deformable gasket is configured to be snap-fitted into the channel of the supporting member, the second sealing member is configured to engage with the elastically deformable gasket via press-fitting the rib into the U- or V-shaped space of the elastically deformable gasket; and the engagement of the pair of the first sealing members with the supporting member creates a pair of pockets independently for receiving a construction panel therein.
WALL SYSTEM WITH HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT UNIT
A wall system with a height adjustment unit includes: a support frame which is installed on a floor surface; a lifting and lowering frame which is coupled to the support frame so as to be able to move up and down along the outer surface of the support frame while surrounding the support frame; and a plurality of height adjustment units which are installed between the support frame and the lifting and lowering frame so as to lift or lower the lifting and lowering frame. The height adjustment unit includes a support unit which is coupled to the inside of the support frame; and a height adjustment bolt screwed to the support unit and rotated by a tool to lift or lower the lifting and lowering frame, such that the lifting and lowering frame is horizontally adjustable and thus has increased constructability.
