CONSTRUCTION UNIT FOR A FRAME
Construction unit (1) for building up a frame (2), wherein the frame (2) comprises at least two girders (3a, 3b) and multiple uprights (4), wherein the construction unit (1) comprises a first construction profile (4), a second construction profile (5) and a third construction profile (6), wherein the first construction profile (4) is provided to serve as an upright (4) and the second and the third construction profile (5, 6) are each provided to be part of a respective girder (3a, 3b), wherein each construction unit (1) is provided to form only one upright (4) of a frame (2) and that multiple such construction units (1) are provided to be successively interconnected so that the first construction profiles (4) of successively construction units (1) extend at a distance from one another.
Structural Wall Panel System
A structural panel system formed from a substrate (such as cement board or paper) and structural metal studs (such as lightweight galvanized steel members), where the metal studs are embedded within an insulating core that is formed onto the substrate, where the metal studs are gapped from the inner surface of the substrate to prevent thermal energy from transferring from the substrate to the metal stud or vice versa. In addition, parallel assembly slots may be formed in the gap at the top and bottom ends of each panel assembly to provide connective access to the top and bottom ends of the metal studs for structural connection to the foundation at the bottom or other overhead structure at the top via connective components. The connective components include a bottom U-channel member and a top U-channel member that are configured to fit into the parallel assembly slots.

Adaptable Panel Mounting System
A panel mounting system for mounting a linear panel structure on a surface, having a plurality of posts, each having a base plate with mounting surfaces for surface attachment and a vertical extension having a lateral support beam perpendicular to a panel-receiving cross beam; first and second opposing semi-circular channels within first and second ends of the panel-receiving cross beam, wherein each channel forms a channel angle of 45 to 135 degrees relative to the lateral support beam; a hollow, circular cylindrical insert insertable into each channel; and a panel mountable between each pair of adjacent posts, each end of the panel insertable into a corresponding insert.

Smart wall
Disclosed herein is a smart wall including a plurality of frame modules including at least one mounting cell, a fastener configured to fasten the plurality of frame modules to each other to form a frame structure, a fixing member configured to fix the frame structure to a ceiling and a floor, an electronic appliance disposed in the mounting cell, and an art wall configured to cover a front surface of the frame structure, wherein the plurality of frame modules includes at least one of a first frame module including mounting cells arranged side by side in a horizontal direction, a second frame module including a mounting cell larger than the mounting cells of the first frame module, or a third frame module having a length corresponding to a vertical length of the frame structure and including mounting cells arranged side by side in a vertical direction.
HORIZONTAL PORTION OF A FRAME IN A STUD WALL AND INSTALLATION TOOL THEREFOR
A horizontal portion of a frame, as a door header, of a predetermined length for installation between two adjacent studs of a stud wall spaced from one another. An installation tool, releasably mounted on a respective stud via a magnetic attachment, supports a respective end of the horizontal portion adjacent the metallic stud during attachment of the horizontal portion to the stud. A kit formed of at least one horizontal portion and at least one installation tool is also provided.
Bridging termination clip
A bridging termination clip for securing the terminal end of a steel channel or spazzer bar to a steel stud. The bridging termination clip may include a horizontal portion having a bridge plate and a pair of opposing legs, the legs extending vertically one from each side edge of the bridge plate in a substantially perpendicular relation thereto; a vertical plate connected to a rear portion of the bridge plate and extending upward in a substantially perpendicular relation thereto; and an opposing pair of side extensions connected to the vertical plate and extending rearward one from each side of the vertical plate in a substantially perpendicular relation thereto.
RIGID PANEL CONTAINMENT SYSTEM AND RELATED METHODS
A containment system may include four different widths of panel assemblies, at least four different types of corner assemblies, various types of door assemblies, multiple types of three-way corners or T intersections, multiple types of exhaust panel assemblies, multiple types of wall seal assemblies, and other components that form a modular system capable of adapting to various configurations using a minimal number of fasteners, brackets, and/or clamps. Each panel assembly includes a lower assembly, an upper assembly slideably attached to the lower assembly, at least one adjustment mechanism that interfaces with both the lower assembly and the upper assembly, and a sealing member extending between the upper assembly and the lower assembly.
Cosmetic Equipment Shield
Improvements in a cosmetic equipment shield that provides a cosmetic shield that can cover all of the equipment that can exist on the roof of a building is disclosed. The cosmetic shield convers the roof equipment on one or more sides to improve the visual appearance of the building. The shield allows air movement through the cosmetic shield. The metal strips are staggered, offset or otherwise configured so they prevent viewing through the metal strips or louvers, but allows air flow. The cosmetic equipment shield is secured to the roof to resist most weather conditions from rain to wind, hot temperatures and freezing temperatures. The cosmetic equipment shield is configured for nearly infinite straight walls and can also include angle brackets to change the direction of the shield to 90 degrees or 270 degrees or can be angled slightly in a curved appearance.
