Stay-in-place ready-to-stucco formwork system
A stay-in-place concrete formwork system allows stucco to be applied directly to the formwork, avoiding the need to provide a further surface treatment of the wall prior to applying stucco. Apertures are provided on an exterior facing wall of the formwork panel to receive and embed stucco therein. The panel may also be formed with outward stucco-engaging projections. Other features include using rigid insulation to brace the stucco and keep concrete from the apertures, a sealing joint element, extendible panels for use in curved formwork, rainscreen features and an alligator connector panel for adjustable lengths of formwork faces.
Cladded Wall System
A cladded wall system for constructing cladded cast-in-place concrete walls that are each integrated with lost forms comprising a self-supporting structure made of a plurality of prefabricated cladded panels (PCPs) constituting an exterior lost form, at least one architectural element constituting an interior lost form, and a plurality of concrete integratable connecting units by which each of said PCPs is connected to said interior lost form.
FRAME AND INSULATION PANEL SYSTEM
A system and method for positioning and retaining an internal rebar skeleton for a concrete wall prior to pouring uses spaced apart vertical frame members having horizontal structures onto which horizontally oriented rebar can be laid and modular rebar retainers for positioning vertically oriented rebar in relation to the horizontally oriented rebar. The frame members may also include retention structures allowing for the insertion of spaced-apart rows of insulated panels to form an internal cavity into which concrete may be poured. External cladding is affixed to an external flange or sheath on the frame members with a thickness that creates a desired air gap between the external cladding and insulated panels. Frame members may also be laid horizontally across the top of a vertical layer of panels to form a base for a successive layer of vertical frame members and panels.
CONCRETE FORMWORK SYSTEM WITH INSULATING PANELS, CONNECTION ELEMENTS AND ASSEMBLY METHOD
This disclosure refers to a formwork system which comprises: two or more insulating panels for receiving a fluid concrete structuring material between said panels; at least two sections to fit each other in a said panel; one or more connecting devices which comprise two extremities each for connection to a section to join two panels; wherein each panel has four ends including an upper end and a lower end opposite the upper end; wherein the panels comprise a cavity to fit one or more sections along the length of the upper end of each panel; wherein the panels comprise a cavity to fit sections along the length of the lower end of each panel; wherein the sections comprise a lateral flashing with a plurality of holes; wherein the connecting devices comprise a plurality of hooks, at their extremities, to enter in said holes of the section.
Structure-lining apparatus with adjustable width and tool for same
A structure-lining apparatus for lining one or more surfaces of a structure formed from curable material cast in a form. The apparatus comprises a plurality of panels. The panels are connected at their respective edges in an edge-to-edge connection to provide a structure-lining surface. A plurality of anchoring components project from the panels into the liquid material during fabrication of the structure. The anchoring components each comprise one or more anchoring features which are encased in the material as the material solidifies to thereby bond the anchoring components to the structure. The plurality of anchoring components comprises one or more connector-type anchoring components for connecting to corresponding connector-type anchoring components on adjacent edges of a corresponding edge-adjacent panel to connect the edge-adjacent panels in an edge-adjacent relationship. The apparatus comprises one or more breakaway components on at least one of the plurality of panels.

Building Wall
A building wall (1),
in particular a floor wall, roof wall or side wall, which is provided with a base frame (2) comprising a plurality of braces (21, 22),
wherein the base frame (2) forms an intermediate space (23) between the braces,
wherein the intermediate space (23) is filled by a foamed filling material (4).
MODULAR BUILDING FORMWORK APPARATUS WITH AN INTERLOCKING DEVICE
A modular building formwork apparatus includes a formwork wall and at least one interlocking device. The formwork wall includes a wall plate and a frame disposed on the wall plate. The frame has an aligning hole and a locking hole. The interlocking device includes a housing unit, a rotation transferring unit, a transmitting unit and a locking member. The rotation transferring unit has an input shaft and an output shaft. The transmitting unit is movable relative to and rotatable about the output shaft. The locking member has a head portion, a positioning portion and a threaded portion. The locking member is insertable into the aligning hole to permit the threaded portion to threadedly engage in the locking hole.
FORMWORK
A collapsible formwork element, the element including: a pair of opposing side wall panels; and at least one connector member extending between the side wall panels, wherein the formwork element is movable between an expanded configuration, wherein the opposing panels are spaced apart, and a collapsed configuration, wherein the opposing panels are relatively closer together.
PANEL ATTACHMENT STRUCTURE
A panel attachment structure including a panel assembly having a channel member including a channel therein. The panel assembly further includes at least one reinforcing member directly or indirectly coupled to the channel member, and an insert assembly including an insert portion. The insert portion is configured to be closely slidably received in the channel member in an insertion direction, and the insert assembly is configured to be coupled to an underlying support structure.
