The disclosure presents a composite conduit formwork structure which includes a cylindrical outer casing adapted to bond with a cylindrical inner casing which are maintained at a fixed distance apart by a plurality of radial stanchions. The inner casing and outer casing form an interior void which is filled with concrete during manufacture. The outer casing and inner casing remain in place to protect the structure once completed. A novel method of assembly is also provided whereby radial stanchions are rotated between the outer casing and inner casing. All of the components in a preferred embodiment are formed of a fiberglass material.

Modular, multiperforated permanent formwork construction system for reinforced concrete

The present invention relates to a modular construction system with molding formwork or permanent formwork for concrete or reinforced concrete industry aimed at building construction. It Incorporates a number of key elements: structural-elements for forming flat walls, corner-elements, -elements connectors between the flat elements, auxiliary-elements of rectangular cross section which are located adjacent to the panels. Each cell has at least one of their edges a longitudinal rail and at the opposite end has at least one counter-rail so that they can connect adjacent elements. Along the inner surface of the flat structural elements exists at least one longitudinal rail in order to couple connectors between each pair of elements and stabilize the position. Once the final structure concrete is poured into the hollow interior of this cavity and flows through the perforations in the structure generating a textured finish that can also receive other materials for creating different types of coating.

In a one aspect there is disclosed a formwork wall panel (10) having an operative inner surface (12) to face towards an inner space to be filed with building material and an opposing operative outer surface (14) having a surface finishing component (16) secured thereto. The operative inner surface (12) of the formwork wall panel (10) includes a brace coupling formation (18) operatively adapted to engage a wall panel coupling formation (20) of a brace (22) operatively extending between the formwork wall panel (10) and an opposing second formwork wall panel.

CONSTRUCTIVE ASSEMBLY FOR BUILDING WALLS
20170356184 · 2017-12-14 ·

The present invention relates to a constructive assembly for building walls which allow forming wall coverings. Examples of coverings that can be formed with the present invention are façades, party walls and partition walls. The constructive assembly is characterized by being formed by a plurality of cables intended for being arranged under stress in the vertical position, and a plurality of blocks having coupling means for coupling them to cables such that integral joining is assured, forming the wall. Walls thus formed do not require the use of mortar or the need to be built by skilled labor, making it possible to build reformed or new exposed wall faces more easily and in a cleaner and faster manner and, in the case of thin material (tiles), with the certainty that such material will not become detached.
