MODULAR PLATFORM SYSTEM AND METHOD OF ASSEMBLY
A modular platform system includes a plurality of tiles, legs, beams, and brackets. Peripheries of the tiles and top surfaces of the beams are configured so that the tiles can snap on to the beams, allowing for easy creation of a platform. The beams, legs, and brackets are all configured so that the beams and legs are easily connected together for platform system creation.
Modular deck apparatus
A deck apparatus for assembly with a pair of opposing brace frames interconnected by a pair opposing connector bases and a deck board top frame having a plurality of deck boards disposed thereon, the connector bases having opposing posts for being received in openings in a lower end of the opposing brace frames ends and the deck board top frame having posts for being received in an upper end of the opposing brace frames, and optionally attaching a stairs riser having a plurality of spaced-apart treads or a ramp riser for extending from a deck surface at a height to a vertically lower support surface.
Panelized structural building system
One variation of a panelized structural building system includes, a set of wall panels, each including: an outer face; a set of hardpoints, each arranged proximal a corner of the outer face, defining a lateral wall panel datum facing outwardly from a side of the wall panel, and defining an exterior façade mount facing outwardly from the outer face; and a load-bearing structure extending between the set of hardpoints and inset from a maximal wall panel perimeter defined by the set of hardpoints; wherein the set of wall panels are assemblable into a wall with lateral wall panel datums—defined by hardpoints in adjacent wall panels—abutting to laterally space the set of wall panels along the wall. The system also includes a set of exterior façade panels configured to install onto exterior façade mounts—defined hardpoints in adjacent wall panels—to conceal outer faces of these wall panels.
Shelter constructed from interconnecting panels
A shelter includes a floor portion, at least one wall portion having a top wail portion, a bottom wall portion, or both, and a roof portion. Each portion includes at least two panels which are detachably interconnected using female and male bracket elements configured for receiving the panels and including cooperating means actuated by longitudinal movement for preventing separation of the female and male bracket elements and interconnecting the panels.
DEVICE FOR SECURING CONSTRUCTION MODULES
The invention provides a system for fixing construction modules based on two fixing devices for assembling three-dimensional construction modules during building construction and complex construction elements for any use, in which first, essentially flat fixing devices comprise two pairs of rigid rods arranged vertically in each pair, one on top of the other, in a U-shape, both pairs of rods being arranged in a concentric manner, thereby defining a U-shaped hole in which bosses are placed, and second fixing devices comprising three pairs of rigid rods arranged vertically in each pair, one vertically on top of the other, with one pair defining an essentially right-angle and the other two pairs of rods being arranged symmetrically with respect to their bisector, thereby defining a hole in the form of an arrowhead in which bosses are housed.
Maisonette type apartment house design structure for reducing noise between floors and allowing easy remodeling
The present invention relates to a design structure of an apartment house in which a plurality of apartment units, each of which is a maisonette in which two floors including an upper floor and a lower floor are combined into a single apartment unit, are repeatedly arranged in vertical and horizontal directions, wherein, in the design structure, each apartment unit has a living room disposed on the upper floor and a plurality of bedrooms disposed on the lower floor, double pillars spaced apart from each other are installed on side boundaries of adjacent apartment units, the double pillars include a pair of first pillars disposed inside an apartment unit and a pair of second pillars disposed outside the apartment unit and disposed inside another apartment unit adjacent thereto, a first beam member, which serves as a structure carrying a load, is connected to and installed at the first pillar, a second beam member, which serves as a structure carrying a load, is connected to and installed at the second pillar, and a double pillar connecting beam configured to connect the first pillar and the second pillar is additionally provided on a side surface of a slab of the lower floor.
Wood block module capable of level adjustment and shock absorption
A wood block module includes: a wood block having a deck groove formed on both sides thereof longitudinally; and a deck base disposed below the wood block, on which the wood block is placed, wherein the deck base may include: a rectangular frame; a core positioned at the center of the frame; a connection bridge extending radially from the core and connecting the core and the frame; an extended part extending from the outer side of the frame in a direction orthogonal to the connection bridge; and a protruded part protruding from the end of the extended part in a direction parallel to the connection bridge and corresponding to the deck groove of the wood block.
Mechanical locking of floor panels
Floor panels are shown, which are provided with a mechanical locking system comprising tongue and grooves provided with protrusions and cavities which are displaceable in relation to each other and configured such that the protrusions can obtain a vertically unlocked position where they match the cavities and a vertically locked position where the protrusions overlap each other.
Rapid construction method for flush assembly of the prefabricated steel beam and the floor slab
A new design and rapid construction method for flush assembly of prefabricated steel beams and floor slabs is disclosed. The upper flange of prefabricated steel beams is “” shaped, which consists of horizontal flange, vertical flange and top flange. Both beam stiffeners and studs are set on the horizontal flange, in which the former can strengthen the bearing capacity of the beam and avoid its local deformation, and the latter can fix the floor slab; prefabricated studs and precast concrete inside the vertical flange in the factory are used to constrain the deformation of upper flange. There is no limitation with respect to the form of floor slab, which is connected with the prefabricated steel beam by hitching the prefabricated rebar ring of the floor slab to the welded studs of the upper flange of the prefabricated steel beam.
Tile and Support Structure
In one aspect of a reinforced tile, the reinforced tile may be configured for use with a support structure that may be engaged with a top portion of a pedestal. The reinforced tile may be configured with a substrate adhered to a back side of a tile, and the substrate may be comprised of a fiberglass material A groove may he formed along at least one edge of the reinforced tile, and the groove may be positioned at the interface of the tile and substrate. The support structure may be formed with a generally vertical spine having at least one rail extending outward from a distal end thereof. The spine and rail(s) may he configured to secure one or more reinforced tiles, wherein one or more rails may be positioned within a groove formed in the reinforced tile.
