Roof structure including panels and substructure for supporting panels
An outdoor building includes a plurality of vertical posts and a roof structure. The roof structure includes a substructure, a pair of side panels, and a pair of end panels. The substructure is coupled with the vertical posts via post brackets. The pair of side panels and the pair of end panels are coupled with the substructure. A method is also provided.
Modular partition system
A modular partition system comprises a plurality of panels and at least one connecting strip. Each of the plurality of panels comprises two support members extending generally perpendicularly to a plane of the modular partition system and a central panel extending between said two support panels. The plurality of panels are arranged such that the central panels of each of the plurality of panels are generally mutually parallel and one support member of each of the plurality of panels is adjacent to a support member of an adjacent panel. The at least one connecting strip cooperates with a support member from each of two of the plurality of adjacent panels so as to connect said two of the plurality of adjacent panels.
Roof panel, roof structure, and roof structure construction method
A roof structure includes: horizontal base materials forming a roof slope; and roof panels fixed on the horizontal base materials and spread side by side in a slope direction, each of the roof panels includes a roofing board, and rafters fixed to a lower surface of the roofing board in parallel to each other, and extending perpendicularly to the horizontal base materials, each of the rafters of one of the two adjacent roof panels in the slope direction includes a carry-out portion projecting from an edge of the roofing board, each of the carry-out portions being between the rafters of the other roof panel and fixed to the roofing board of the other roof panel, a projection length of the carry-out portions is smaller than a distance between the adjoining horizontal base materials, and the carry-out portions and the other roof panel are fixed to the same horizontal base material.

MODULAR RAFTER ASSEMBLY
A modular rafter assembly is provided. The modular rafter assembly includes a plurality of different types of rafters having varying lengths and that are adjustable to varying pitches. The modular rafter assemblies disclosed herein utilize a plurality of rafters in varying lengths, widths, and using varying thickness plates to allow for differing load calculations. Each of the rafters also includes a pitch adjusting mechanism that allows adjustment of the pitch of the rafter depending on the desired roof pitch.
Frame for sectional foldable prefabricated building
A frame using tubular columns and tubular rafters of generally rectangular cross section. Columns are arranged parallel, spaced apart, opposed pairs that are connected by bolted-on girts to form wall frames. Rafters are arranged parallel, spaced apart, opposed pairs that are connected by bolted-on purlins to form roof frames. Inwardly facing sides of columns and rafters have pluralities of castellated holes. Outwardly facing sides of columns and rafters have another plurality of castellated holes. All connections for braces and crane lifts are made in the inwardly facing sides of the columns and rafters. Joints have either a ridge plate or a haunch plates, each plate with two bolt holes that may be pivot holes and additional bolt holes for securing the plates. Base plates have two pairs of parallel vertical spaced-apart flanges, each pair fitting within and releasably attachable to a column. Pairs may be arranged parallel or perpendicular.
Modular system and kit for the dry building of structures for constructions, as well as a building method thereof
A modular system for the dry building of structures for constructions, such as walls, floors, balconies, roofs or the like, includes a plurality of planar modular beams that define a respective plane and that are mutually jointed, and a plurality of planar panels anchored thereto at least at or in proximity of the end portions of the same planar modular beams.

Portable shelter
A portable shelter includes one or more floor panels, a plurality of exterior wall panels, and one or more roof panels. Each of the floor panels defines a plurality of floor panel apertures. Each of the exterior wall panels has a first wall flange that abuts a floor panel from among the one or more floor panels and defines a plurality of first flange apertures that align with the plurality of floor panel apertures of the floor panel. Each of the floor, exterior wall, and roof panels includes a foam core and two fiberglass sheets sandwiching the foam core. A plurality of threaded fasteners may be inserted through the one or more floor panels and the flanges of the plurality of exterior wall panels via the aligned pluralities of apertures.
Shelter constructed from interconnecting panels
A shelter includes a floor portion, at least one wall portion having a top wail portion, a bottom wall portion, or both, and a roof portion. Each portion includes at least two panels which are detachably interconnected using female and male bracket elements configured for receiving the panels and including cooperating means actuated by longitudinal movement for preventing separation of the female and male bracket elements and interconnecting the panels.
