Radiation heat exchanging air conditioning system and radiation heat exchanging ceiling thereof
A radiation heat exchanging air conditioning system and a radiation heat exchanging ceiling thereof are disclosed. The air conditioning system includes a heat pump system (7) and a water circulation system (8), and water circulation system (8) includes a heat exchanging device (11) for water, a pump (9), a heat exchanging device (10) for air, a radiation heat exchanging ceiling (20) and air outlets (15). The heat is exchanged between the heat exchanging device (11) for water and the heat pump system (7). The radiation heat exchanging ceiling (20) includes a metal ceiling panel (1) and a heat exchanging coil (2), said heat exchanging coil (2) is installed on the poor thermal-conductivity coil brackets (4) mounted on the upper surface of the metal ceiling panel (1), thus leading to the short distance and no direct contact between the heat exchanging coil (2) and the metal ceiling panel (1). A metal foil (5), a heat insulating material layer (3) and a seal layer (6) are provided above the heat exchanging coil (2).
Utility partition device and system(s)
The present disclosure relates to utility partition device and systems which may be configured to bifurcate the ceiling cavity from the utilities, by preventing the insulation material present in the ceiling cavity from rolling onto the utilities. The utility partition device may be vacuum-formed into a predefined structure. Additionally, the predefined structure may include a utility corridor to accommodate the utilities, thereby bifurcating the ceiling cavity from the utilities.
CEILING SYSTEMS
A ceiling system in one embodiment includes an overhead support grid comprised of a plurality of intersecting grid support members and a ceiling tile mountable to the grid. Retaining clips support the ceiling tile from the grid which may be concealed from view. The retaining clips each include a cavity that receives a grid support member and a pair of resilient mounting elements configured to lockingly engage a support member. The mounting elements are laterally movable in response to inserting the support member into the cavity of the retaining clip. In one embodiment, the movable elements include locking tabs which create a snap-fit interlock with the grid support member for securing the ceiling tile to the grid.
Integrated ceiling and light system
An integrated ceiling and light system that incorporates a light module into a ceiling tile. The system may include a grid support system suspended from an overhead support structure that includes at least one grid support element and first and second ceiling tiles supported by the grid support element in an adjacent manner. A nesting cavity may be formed into the first and second ceiling tiles such that a light module may be disposed within the nesting cavity and coupled to the first and second ceiling tiles. The ceiling tiles may be of the type that conceals the grid support element on which it is supported. In one alternative embodiment, the light module and a nesting region of the ceiling tile may include corresponding edge profiles to facilitate mating therebetween to enable coupling of the light source to the ceiling tile.
LIGHT GUIDE BODY COMPRISING AN INJECTION-MOULDED MAT AND LIGHT CHANNELS
Disclosed is a light guide mat (1) for the production of a block- or cuboid-shaped light guide body (21), which mat is arranged in a casting mould and can be sealed in a pourable, curable casting compound (24), wherein the light guide mat (1) consists of longitudinal and transverse struts (2, 3) connected to one another in the form of a grid, which struts consist at least partially of a light-conducting plastic, wherein profiled tight guide elements (4) consisting of an at least partially light-conducting plastic are integrally formed at the point of intersection of the longitudinal and transverse struts (2, 3), an end face (6) of which elements being formed as light-emitting surfaces on the upper face (22) of the light guide body 21, wherein at least the longitudinal struts (2) of the light guide mat (1) are formed as light channels (5) for receiving point-like, light-generating elements, and the light channels (5) are integrally formed on the face of the light guide elements (4) near to the bottom.
Structural insulated panels with hidden dovetail joints
The disclosed subject matter relates to building panel including an end portion along one perimeter side thereof and a dovetail configuration along the end portion. The disclosed subject matter also relates to joints formed between such building panel, electrical/telecommunications, plumbing and HVAC chases and conduits in the building panels and procedures for manufacturing the building panels.
AERAULIC DEVICE AND RADIANT CEILING THERMAL SYSTEM WITH INTERNAL AIR MIXING
An aeraulic device for radiant ceiling thermal systems of an internal room is provided. The device may comprise a case body having an inlet opening and an outlet opening, as well as a fan housed by the case body to cause airflow between the inlet opening and outlet opening. The device may be configured to be arranged in an upper volume or plenum of the internal room above a false ceiling of the radiant system. The inlet opening and outlet opening may be configured to be placed in fluid connection with the internal room and with the upper volume or plenum, and in cooperation with at least two openings of the false ceiling. Embodiments of the invention may also comprise a radiant ceiling thermal system provided with the aeraulic device.
STRUCTURAL INSULATED PANELS WITH HIDDEN DOVETAIL JOINTS
The disclosed subject matter relates to building panel including an end portion along one perimeter side thereof and a dovetail configuration along the end portion. The disclosed subject matter also relates to joints formed between such building panel, electrical/telecommunications, plumbing and HVAC chases and conduits in the building panels and procedures for manufacturing the building panels
Concealed grid ceiling system
