Panel for a suspended ceiling or the like and method of mounting a fabric on a frame of a suspended ceiling or the like
The panel (1) includes a frame (4) with a fabric (5) stretchable over a lower side (6) thereof. An edge (8) of the fabric (5) is attached to a peripheral side (9) of the frame by means of a number of fastening brackets (11) distributed along the edge of the fabric. Firstly, each fastening bracket is attached to the peripheral side at a first lower position (15) in which the fabric is hanging loosely under the frame by hanging a hook-formed element (13) of the fastening brackets on a first lower protrusion (17) provided at the peripheral. Secondly, each fastening bracket is repositioned from said first lower position to a second upper position (16) in which the fabric is stretched over the lower side of the frame by hanging the hook-formed element of the fastening brackets on a second upper protrusion (18) provided at the peripheral side of the frame.
SLAB FRAME DIFFUSING OUTER PERIPHERAL LIGHT AND SLAB COMPRISING SUCH A FRAME
A slab frame formed from abutting profile sections each comprising means for attaching at least one tensioned fabric, each profile section comprising two walls connected together by a web, wherein the web comprises two grooves each delimited by the two walls and the web, one of the grooves having an opening at an external periphery of a frame and the other groove emerging at an internal periphery of the frame, each wall being provided, at their respective end delimiting the opening of the groove, with a means for attaching a tensioned fabric, and in that at least one of the profile sections comprises light-emitting means fixed to the inside of the associated groove having an opening at the external periphery of the frame.
Fastening device and system of fastening panels to a structure
A fastening device and a panel system for releasably connecting panels to a wall or ceiling, comprising a latch portion; a base portion; a piston guide; a push latch piston movably arranged and biased between a first retracted position and a second, extended position, wherein a guide track is formed in the push latch piston, and wherein a guide pin is formed on the piston guide, the guide track formed in sections forming an angle to each other, with arrests for the guide pins formed at intersections of the sections, and wherein, when the piston guide is moved relative to the push latch piston towards the retracted position, the guide pin rotates the latch portion to an intermediate position, and when the piston guide is moved back, the guide pin rotates the latch portion from the intermediate position to 90 relative to the initial rest position.
Luminous false-wall device
A luminous false-wall device, comprising: a chassis constituted by at least one profile, the chassis comprising an upper part directed toward a panel to be covered, such as a wall or ceiling, and a lower part; a diffusing canvas fixed on the chassis and stretched on the lower part of the chassis; a light placed between the panel and the canvas configured to emit light in the direction of the canvas; wherein the chassis is provided with means of increasing the light intensity of the light.
Modular hooking device for a cloth for a tensioned false ceiling
A device for attaching at least one cloth for producing a tensioned-cloth false partition, comprising a first profiled member forming a profiled rail comprising at least one reception groove, the reception groove being delimited by at least two lateral walls, and at least one second profiled member able to be fitted removably in the reception groove of the first profiled member, having a cross section in the form of a U or V, one of the arms of the U or V shape comprising at least one deformable longitudinal projection arranged so as to come into abutment against a wall disposed opposite the arm carrying the deformable projection when the second profiled member is in place in the reception groove of the first profiled member.
Translucent Ceiling or Wall Panel
A ceiling panel according to the present invention has opposed translucent membranes secured in a tensioned state across a perimeter frame. The frame includes frame members that are designed to oppose inward bowing of the perimeter frame caused by the tensioned membranes. The frame members have a side profile shaped to conceal a grid support network with the lower translucent member extending across and about a lower edge of the perimeter frame. The invention also includes a modified structure for supporting of translucent panels below a grid network.
BUILDING PANEL ADAPTED TO BE MOUNTED AT A CEILING OR WALL OF A ROOM AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING SUCH BUILDING PANEL
The building panel (1) is adapted to be mounted at a ceiling or wall of a room so that a framework (2) of the building panel has a room-facing side (3) and a building-facing side (4). A textile (5) is extended over the room-facing side (3) of the framework (2) and has a first surface (6) facing the framework (2) and a second surface (7) generally visible from said room. A mesh (8) is laminated onto the first surface (6) of the textile (5) and is attached to the framework (2) by means of a number of connectors (9). Each connector (9) has a first end (10) in the form of a gripper inserted between a part of the mesh (8) and the textile (5) and a second end (13) attached to the framework (2).
THERMALLY ACTIVATED BUILDING PANEL
The thermally activated building panel (1) includes a metal plate (2) having a room-facing surface (3) and a building-facing surface (4). A heat-exchanger tube (5) for conveying a cooling or heating medium is in conductive thermal contact with the building-facing surface (4) of the metal plate (2). A textile (9) is arranged on the room-facing surface (3) of the metal plate (2) and has a first surface (10) generally contacting the metal plate (2) and a second surface (11) generally visible from said room. The textile (9) is tensioned between opposed edges (12) of the metal plate (2). The first surface (10) of the textile (9) is metallized by deposition of metal particles on the textile (9).
SHADE-PROVIDING STRUCTURE
The present invention relates to an easily assembled and disassembled shade-providing structure, such as may be mounted to a playground assembly. The shade-providing structure comprises an outer frame defining an interior space and a canopy that may be positioned in that interior space. The canopy has one or more rods around its periphery, such as may be inserted through one or more pockets in the canopy fabric. Each of the outer frame and the rod(s) has a set of apertures configured to receive a locking fastener and a set of apertures configured to receive a jack screw or similar tensioning device. Accordingly, to assembly the structure, one or more jack screws can be used to provide the canopy with a desired tension and then locking fasteners can be used to secure the canopy to the outer frame.
METHOD FOR MOUNTING A STRETCHED FLEXIBLE COVERING ON A MOUNTING FRAME AND MOUNTING FRAME FOR IMPLEMENTING SAID METHOD
A mounting frame (100) which can be attached to a ceiling (3) and comprises an assembly of basic profiles (10) comprising a housing (14) for receiving an edge of a covering (1) and a plurality of V-shaped or U-shaped locking clips (50) designed to enter the receiving housing (14) and remain therein in a locked position in which the edge of the covering (1) is clamped between the locking clip (50) and the housing (14). Each locking clip (50) is interposed between an insertion tool and the covering (1) and facilitates the insertion of the covering (1) into the receiving housing (14) without damaging the covering (1). The covering (1), with dimensions greater than those of the frame, can thus be completely removed and reused since the covering has not been damaged in any way, either while the covering (1) is being fitted or while being held in place.
