Masonry Block System
A masonry block that is particularly well suited for the construction of narrow walls, such as interior building walls, that is adapted to receive conventional utilities and reinforcing supports.
Vent
A vent comprises a vent body (1) having at least one air flow channel through the body between a front face and a rear face (2) of the body. At least one float controlled flap valve (13) is pivotably mounted with the body, the or each valve having a first, normal position in which air is permitted to flow through an air flow channel and a second position in which the valve pivots in the presence of water to seal the air flow channel.
Wind protection device for a building
A wind protection device for a building has lateral face elements (630) positioned at a distance from an inner building wall (631) creating at least one riser shaft (239) for air. The lateral face element (630) is closed at lateral sides, wherein the wind protection device further has at least one lower air entry element (620, 620) connected to at least one riser shaft (239) and at least one upper virtual ledge (620; 643) connected to at least one riser shaft (239) having an outlet opening directing the air flow from the connected riser shaft(s) (239) to the area in front and above the respective upper virtual ledge (620, 643). The lateral face element (630) has a sequence (650) of side air entries (651, 651, 651) connected with at least one riser shaft (239).
UNIBODY STRUCTURAL FRAME FOR AN INTERLOCKING STRUCTURAL BLOCK, AN INTERLOCKING STRUCTURAL BLOCK, AND A SYSTEM OF INTERLOCKING STRUCTURAL BLOCKS
A unibody structural frame for an interlocking structural block, an interlocking structural block, and a system of interlocking structural blocks useful for the manufacture of structures, columns, and beams.
HEAT EXCHANGE PANEL OF A HEAT REGULATING DEVICE
The invention relates to the field of devices and systems for temperature regime regulation both in living and uninhabited premises of any destination, for rooms heating. The invention ensures rise of thermostability of the heat exchange panel construction in the wide range of temperature, allowing to widen the sphere of its use. The heat exchange panel of a thermoregulating device comprises a flattened base made of a low heat conductivity polymer material and having two opposing flat functional sides joined along their outside edges to narrow lateral sides, at that one of said functional sides has grooves with channels for receiving piping elements of a heat exchange loop, and a heat exchange coating made of a high heat conductivity material is arranged on the surface of the grooved functional side of the base so as to cover both the flat surface thereof and the surfaces of the channel cavities, the distinction of the prototype is that the heat exchange coating is made of foil and is adhesively bonded to the surface of the functional side of the base.
High velocity wind-driven rain louver
A louver blade for a louver assembly includes a first section, a second section extending from the first section and including a crest of the louver blade, an extension extending from the second section to form a recess between the extension and the second section, and a protrusion extending from the second section toward the extension and configured to facilitate retention of the particles within the recess. The extension is configured guide particles into the recess in an installed configuration of the louver blade with the louver assembly.
Multi-purpose building block, and a building system comprising the same
A building block may be designed to hold utilities, including but not limited to, electricity and plumbing. Such a building block can resist compression forces and moment and can connect to other building blocks to form a modular wall system with the ability to distribute the forces in a way that reduces the stresses on each individual block. The building block may include a body with an upper end and a lower end, one or more main compartments, and one or more inner pass-through openings, wherein the upper end includes one or more protrusions, and the lower end comprises one or more intrusions and one or more slots. A building system may include more than one such building blocks and a base.
WALL WITH PRE-BENT TUBING
A thermal wall system may include a plurality of blocks configured to interconnect with each other forming a monolithic wall. The plurality of blocks form a series of vertical interior cavities that each extend from a top of the plurality of blocks to a bottom of the plurality of blocks, and tubing vertically extends through the series of vertical interior cavities.
Structural system of steel plates and walls with bioclimatic and acoustic application
The structural system of steel walls and plates with bioclimatic and sound application relates to the creation of a general structure of buildings, walls, roofs and soils with thermal and sound isolation from an earthquake-resistant steel structure of hollow beams and columns complemented with walls and plates in oval piping made of steel, which may be installed both vertically and horizontally with their own fixation means in a building for air recirculation, with interconnected and addressed tubular structures which contain thermal and sound isolation materials controlling airflow in the to modify the weather and/or sound conditions inside the building.
