Fully assembled, fully cast-in-place, composite-type house and construction method thereof
Disclosed are a fully assembled, fully cast-in-place, composite-type house and a construction method thereof, comprising providing at least one layer of house main body on a house foundation, wherein each layer of the house main body comprises: a tension bearing system which constitutes a wall body (1) or floor slab (2), a stabilizing function system for the tension bearing system, a system which constitutes a heat-insulating layer and a fire-proofing layer and is used as a formwork and has the function of supporting, and a pressure bearing system which connects together the afore-mentioned systems by means of a fully cast-in-place technique. The fully assembled, fully cast-in-place, composite-type house and the construction method thereof integrate structural component specifications, the overall stability of the house is good, and energy-saving and environmental protection requirements are satisfied.
Pre-tensioned centrifugal concrete structure with steel strands
A pre-tensioned centrifugal concrete pillar includes a concrete body, a steel cage including a plurality of pre-stressed rebars, a plurality of stirrups; and two plates, the rebars are steel strands, a plurality of conical through holes are provided on the plate, and multiple clips are disposed inside each conical through hole, each clip having a toothed inner surface, the multiple clips are spliced together to form a chock assembly for clamping each steel strand, and a peripheral surface of the chock assembly has a conical surface; a clamping hole is formed in the center of the chock assembly, the steel strand passes through a clamping hole and is clamped tightly. A method for manufacturing a pre-tensioned centrifugal concrete pillar is also included.
Precast segment, stacking structure and energy dissipation column thereof
A precast segment suitable for block-stacking concept is disclosed. The precast segment includes a first surface, an opposite second surface, plural through holes, and plural male-female connecting sets. The through holes extend from the first surface and toward the second surface to communicate between the first surface and the second surface. Each male-female connecting set includes a shear key and a joint hole, wherein the shear key protrudes from one of the first surface and the second surface to serve as a male connecting unit, and the joint hole is formed in the other of the first surface and the second surface to serve as a female connecting unit. Accordingly, the precast segments can be block-stacked by mortise-and-tenon joints to construct a bridge pier system. Compared to the conventional construction methodology, the present invention can enhance the efficiency of segment fabrication and avoid high prestress force.
Adjustable Dap Assembly
A vertically adjustable steel reinforcing assembly, especially adapted for effective use with dapped beam ends. The reinforcing assembly includes an upper assembly and a lower assembly. Running vertically through the center of each of the assemblies are aligning pin holes. Assembly is configured at the time of casting to accommodate most recent dap design.

CMU Cooling Tower and Method of Construction
A cooling tower structure having a concrete perimeter foundation wall with a perimeter rebar grouping. The structure includes at least four columns formed of CMU blocks with at least two columns being freestanding and positioned approximate corners of the foundation wall. Each column further includes a column rebar grouping being tied into the perimeter rebar grouping. At least three bond-beams formed of CMU blocks are connected between the columns at least four feet above the foundation. The bond-beams include beam rebar groupings tying into at least one of the column rebar groupings. The structure includes housing walls formed of CMU blocks extending upward from the bond beams. At least one fan is on at least one pedestal column positioned within the foundation wall, with a pedestal rebar grouping extending though the pedestal column from a concrete pedestal footing. A series of water collection troughs are positioned within the cooling tower above the fan and fill media is positioned in the cooling tower above the collection troughs.
REBAR CAGE
A rebar cage is provided, which includes a continuous stirrup having two opposite lateral sections and a middle section located therebetween. The continuous stirrup includes a plurality of first portions extending along a Z-axis direction and located in the two lateral sections, a plurality of second portions connecting the tops of two adjacent first portions along an X-axis direction, and a plurality of third portions located in the middle region and each connecting the bottoms of two of the first portions along a Y-axis direction wherein a plurality of longitudinal tie bars extend along the X-axis direction and are connected to the first portions.
PREFABRICATED MODULAR REBAR MODULES AND METHODS OF USING THE SAME
There is provided a reinforcing steel structure for use in a concrete building wall. The structure includes one or more prefabricated, welded cages having vertical reinforcing bars. A plurality of continuous ties extends around the vertical reinforcing bars and a plurality of shear ties extends generally horizontally between the vertical reinforcing bars. Each welded cage is sized and shaped for shipping and said structure can be formed onsite from a plurality of said cages lapped together. Concrete is added to the reinforcing steel structure to form a concrete building wall.
There is also provided a reinforcing steel structure for use in a concrete building transfer or raft slab. The structure includes one or more prefabricated, welded beams. The prefabricated, welded beams have a top beam layer and a bottom beam layer, each having horizontal reinforcing bars, and a plurality of continuous ties extending generally vertically around the top and bottom beam layers. Each welded beam is sized and shaped for shipping and said structure can be formed onsite from a plurality of said beams lapped together. Concrete is added to the reinforcing steel structure to form a concrete building slab.
