Permanent truss tie
A permanent spacing beam for the rapid deployment of roofing trusses on site. Such permanent spacing beams and truss ties as described may utilize a mount end, a retention end, and an elongate portion which spans the distance between the mount end and the retention end. The mount end may have a mount slot and the retention end may have a retention slot. The mount slot and the retention slot may be configured to permanently couple and mount to a first truss timber stud and an adjacent truss timber stud used in residential and commercial roof construction. Such a configuration results in a permanent truss tie being spanned between two roofing trusses thereby creating a more robust and sturdy roof construction.
Fixture
The present invention provides a fixture with which a plurality of grids can be definitely constructed in a short period of time even by an inexperienced worker without causing the worker to do heavy work. In substantially center positions in the lengthwise direction of bottom portions of first frame members, a pair of third frame members included in connecting means are provided. In the third frame member, a base portion is caused to stand on a bottom portion of the first frame member. One of arms of a U-shape of the base portion works as a holding portion included in the connecting means, and the end of the holding portion is bent inward of the base portion to form a connection bent portion having a function to engage with a circumferential surface of a vertical wire material or a lateral wire material of a second welded wire mesh, and a function to prevent the vertical wire material or the lateral wire material of the second welded wire mesh from coming off from the connecting means.
LIFT HOLE FORMING DEVICE FOR CONCRETE PRODUCTS
A continuous length of spring-steel material of a substantially round cross-section formed with a bent section comprising a radius corresponding to an outer diameter of the pipe. A hook section is combined at one end of the continuous length of spring-steel material where the hook is formed to grab one of the wires of the cage to hold the pipe in position. A lateral leg is positioned at the other end of the continuous length of spring-steel material and is formed to grab another one of the wires of the cage to the hold the pipe in position.

Rebar spacer
A rebar spacer installed in a rebar crossing portion includes a spacer body and a pair of installation metal fittings. The spacer body includes a main portion and a pair of leg portions integrally formed with the main portion. The pair of leg portions is protrudingly provided with an interval on a rebar-side surface of the main portion. The interval between the pair of leg portions is equal to or larger than a diameter of the rebar and a depth of the pair of leg portions in an installation direction is equal to or less than the diameter of the rebar. Each one of the pair of installation metal fittings has a structure such that one end portion is locked into one of the pair of leg portions and the other end portion is hooked on a back-side rebar.

BUILDING SYSTEM
The present invention relates to a prefabricated deck unit for a building system, the deck unit including: a reinforcing framework encased in a composite material, the reinforcing framework comprising: a first metal mesh unit, a plurality of interspaced spheroidal void formers attached to or in intimate contact with the first mesh unit, and a second mesh unit resting upon, or attached to, the spheroidal void formers, wherein the framework defines at least one terminal channel on at least one end of the deck unit, the terminal channel being shaped and dimensioned to snugly receive an elongate connecting rod for connecting the deck unit to a further structural element of the building system.
Protective structure
A protective structure is provided that is configured to crush descending items into particles. The protective structure comprises an upper mesh layer made of hard material capable of crushing the descending items and a bottom layer made of combined hard material and relatively soft material, wherein the bottom layer is capable of absorbing the particles. The protective structure is further provided with a plurality of supporting poles that are positioned between the upper mesh layer and the bottom layer.

TENSILE REINFORCEMENTS FOR CONCRETE SLAB
A module for configuring a weighbridge has a rectangular frame with a pair of parallel side edges and a pair of parallel end edges, which are shorter than the side edges, and a pair of rails, parallel to the side edges and affixed to the end edges. The rails and end edges define an interior of the rectangular frame, arranged to have concrete poured therein. There are also means for increasing the ability of the poured concrete to handle tensile forces, located in the interior. A first of these is a plurality of rebar chair strips for locating and retaining rebars. Each of these has an elongate metal bar with a lower edge and an upper edge, along which a plurality of rebar support sites are provided in spaced-apart relationship.
