SEALING ADAPTOR
The present application provides a roofing assembly (300). The roofing assembly (300) comprises: a support frame (310, 320); a window panel (350) supported on the support frame; a roof covering (319, 364) having an inner surface facing the support frame (310, 320) and extending over the support frame (310, 320) to a boundary of the window panel (350); and a sealing adaptor (360) comprising a sealing portion (430) having a sealing surface (432) for forming a seal against the window panel (350), and a retaining portion (410) defining a retaining recess (420) formed to retain an end of the roof covering (319, 364) therein. The retaining portion (410) comprises a lip region (422) for contacting the inner surface of the roof covering (319, 364) when the end of the roof covering (319, 364) is received in the retaining recess (420). The retaining recess (420) is provided between the lip region (422) and the sealing surface (432).
Roof Construction
A roof construction comprising a substrate, a plurality of bracket members, a plurality of sliding clips and a plurality of interlocking panels. The plurality of bracket members is coupled to the substrate. The plurality of sliding clips is coupled to the plurality of bracket members. The plurality of interlocking panels is coupled to the sliding clips.
Metal roof above sheathing ventilation system
A spacer designed to be inserted between the roofing panel clip and the sheathing is provided. The spacer has a configuration of openings and slots on the spacer to allow it to be used with a wide variety of panel clips. The opening for the fastener, the outer rim, and the walls of the spacer are designed to seal against the sheathing and provide tiers of protection to prevent water from contacting the fasteners. The spacers are designed to have lips, grooves, and recessed areas that coincide with the walls to accommodate stacking to allow for different channel heights without having to stock multiple spacer sizes. Also, the preferred embodiment of the spacer is rounded to prevent water from collecting along the edges of the spacer and instead flow down the slope of the roof. Finally, the spacer is specifically designed to have one spacer per panel clip.

Low slope roofing system
A roofing system, comprising an underlayment layer above a roof deck; at least one strap spaced horizontally up the slope of a roof deck and above the underlayment layer; at least two fasteners attached to the at least one strap and into the roof deck; at least one bead of adhesive applied above the at least one strap; and at least two metal roofing panels placed on the at least one bead of adhesive applied to the at least one strap.
INSULATED ROOF SYSTEMS, SUPPORT MEMBERS THEREOF, AND METHOD OF INSTALLING
Support members for a roof system are provided to allow for positioning panels of a roof apart from building members so that building components, such as insulation may be placed between the roof panels and the building members. The support members may be utilized in new buildings or to retrofit existing buildings. Each of the support members may comprise a single support member that has a base portion operatively coupled to an offset portion that is operatively coupled to an upper portion. One or more channels may be provided in the base portion, offset portion, and/or the upper portion to provide structural support and to allow the support members to be operatively coupled to each other and other building members without the need for additional components.
Roofing Systems For Steep Pitch Metal Roofing
A roofing system having at least one underlayment layer; at least two nail fasteners attached to the at least one underlayment layer and into the roof deck, wherein the head of each of the nail fasteners is above the at underlayment layer and the shaft is driven through the underlayment layer and into the roof deck; at least one bead of adhesive applied above the underlayment layer; and at least one metal roofing panels placed on the at least one bead of adhesive applied above the underlayment layer, wherein the at least one metal roofing panels are above the at least two nail fasteners and the at least two nail fasteners do not penetrate the at least one metal roofing panels.
Snow guard
A snow guard includes a plate having a front side and a back side, a first and second flange extending from the opposite edges of the front side of the plate, wherein the first flange defines a first vertical slot and the second flange defines a second vertical slot, such that the first vertical slot faces the second vertical slot. The snow guard also including base extending from the back side of the plate and terminating in a distal end. A groove is defined through the plate and the base, the groove extending from the front side of the plate to the distal end of the base, and one or more holes extend transversely through the base, the one or more holes in communication with the groove.
