Decorative panel, in particular a floor panel, ceiling panel or wall panel, including a core layer having an upper side and a lower side, a decorative top layer connected to said upper side of the core layer, a first panel side edge including a first coupling profile, and a second panel side edge including a second coupling profile designed to interconnect with a first coupling profile of a second, identical panel, both in horizontal direction and in vertical direction. The core layer includes a layer of foam concrete which is constituted by a matrix of concrete material in which air pockets in the form of cells are present.

INTERCONNECTED MODULAR FRAMES FOR GROUTLESS SETTING OF HARD TILES
20220381041 · 2022-12-01 ·

Interlocking modular tile frames for joining hard tiles without requiring a substrate adhesive (thin-set mortar) or grout. Each tile frame comprises integrated segments that form a rigid or semi-rigid enclosure to hold a single hard tile within its interior. Each segment has an upside-down T-shape cross-section comprising a column and a base. The columns, which frames a tile, eliminate the need for grout. An inserted tile rests on the base while being held in place by the column along each segment. One or more mechanical interconnections are located at an outer portion of each enclosure corner to couple adjacent frames together. A stain-resistant material such as but not limited to polyethylene, polycarbonate, polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polypropylene (PP), acrylic, ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene), nylon, rubber, or a combination thereof, can be used for the frames.

Floor panel for forming a floor covering
11512479 · 2022-11-29 · ·

A floor panel for forming a floor covering, wherein this floor panel is at least composed of a substrate; wherein the floor panel, on at least one pair of opposite edges, comprises coupling parts, which coupling parts allow that two of such floor panels can be coupled to each other by means of a downward movement of one floor panel in respect to the other floor panel; wherein these coupling parts, in the coupled condition of two of such floor panels, form a first locking system, which effects a locking in a first direction perpendicular to the plane of the floor panels, and form a second locking system, which effects a locking in a second direction perpendicular to the edges and in the plane of the floor panels.

Floor panel for forming a floor covering

A floor panel arranged to be installed according to the fold-down principle, with a first pair and a second pair of edges. The second pair of edges coupling parts are arranged to be coupled to each other by a downward movement with two contact zones at opposite sides of a male part which fits into a female part. The ratio between the horizontal distance between the middle of the first contact zone and the middle of the second contact zone, and the vertical distance between the middle of the first contact zone and the middle of the second contact zone is more than 5, and/or wherein well-defined support points are applied.

Two-piece tiles and/or floors comprised of a plurality of such two-piece tiles. In other embodiments, methods and/or processes for manufacturing or assembling such two-piece tiles, and/or to methods of assembling floors comprised of such tiles.

SET OF MUTUALLY LOCKABLE PANELS
20230058173 · 2023-02-23 ·

A set of mutually lockable panels comprises a first panel having an edge including a male part and a second panel having an edge including a female part for receiving the male part of the first panel in unlocked condition of the panels. The male part has an outer side which, in locked condition of the panels, is directed to the second panel in a direction substantially parallel to the front face of the first panel, and an opposite inner side which is provided with a locking surface. The female part comprises a locking member, which is pivotable about a pivot axis that extends substantially parallel to the edge of the second panel and an actuator for rotating the locking member from its unlocked condition to a locked condition of the panels.

FLOOR OR WALL PANEL

The floor or wall panel has a substrate and a top layer applied thereon. The substrate consists mainly of a mineral material. The panel is provided, on at least two opposite edges, with coupling means that allow two such panels to be coupled together at the respective edges, wherein in the coupled state there is locking in the vertical direction perpendicular to the plane of the coupled panels and in the horizontal direction perpendicular to the coupled edges and in the plane of the coupled panels.

Load distribution and absorption underpayment system

A load distributing and absorbing system that lies below a superstructure material which is exposed to percussive forces. The load distributing and absorbing system is interposed between the superstructure material and a foundation. The system has a barrier layer that lies below the superstructure material and an underlayment infrastructure positioned below the barrier layer. Included in the underlayment infrastructure are hat-shaped absorbing members.

Covering and method for producing coverings

The current invention concerns coverings such as a floor covering, wall covering or ceiling covering, said covering comprising at least one substrate and at least one surface layer, said surface layer comprising a print pattern and a wear layer, whereby said print pattern is directly applied to said substrate, and further concerns a method to produce such coverings.

PANEL

A panel including a core, a top side, an underside, a first edge pair and a second edge pair. The first edge pair has a groove profile at a panel edge and a complementary tongue profile at the opposite panel edge, which are lockable by a pivotal movement and positively lock so that movement of locked panels away from each other in the plane of the panels is opposed. At its opposite panel edges the second edge pair has a complementary receiving hook and an arresting hook. The arresting hook is assembled to the receiving hook by a joining movement in a plane perpendicular to the panel plane by the pivotal movement for the first edge pair. The receiving hook or the arresting hook has a holding groove for a separate locking element that provides vertical locking. A butting surface is arranged at the receiving hook substantially orthogonal to the top side. The arresting hook has a counterpart butting surface substantially orthogonal to the top side. The second edge pair has at least one sealing nose at a lower end of the counterpart butting surface of the arresting hook or at a lower end of the butting surface of the receiving hook. The sealing nose extends parallel to the respective panel edge over the entire length of the counterpart butting surface or the butting surface.
