Panel having decorative layer and method for printing panels
The present invention relates to an improved printed image for the décor of a panel. Furthermore the invention relates to a method for imprinting plates, in particular wall, ceiling or floor panels. The method thereby comprises the following steps: (i) Providing a plate; (ii) applying a primer by means of a liquid curtain of coating material on/to a main surface of the plate; (iii) optionally drying and/or curing the primer; (iv) treating the surface of the primer by means of at least one of the following measures: a) corona treatment; b) plasma treatment; c) applying an oil in an aqueous dilution and (v) applying a decorative décor.
SURFACE COVERING SYSTEM
A new surface covering system (1) comprising a panel (10) and a base (20), suitable for covering at least a portion of a surface of a building or at least being part of a portion of such surface is presented, wherein the panel (10) and the base (20) are provided with complementary mechanical means (30), (40) for removably fixing or securing the panel (10) on the base (20).
FLOOR ASSEMBLY
A floor assembly includes a plurality of boards and bases. Each board is provided on the bottom surface thereof with a sliding groove. Each base includes a main body, a positioning member, and first and second buckling members. The positioning member is slidably disposed in the sliding groove of the board. The first buckling member is located at the left side of the main body and has a buckling block and a notch. The second buckling member is located at the right side of the main body and has an accommodating space and a protrusion. The adjacent bases are connected with each other in a way that the buckling block is disposed in the accommodating space and the protrusion is embedded in the notch. As a result, the floor assembly is simplified in structure and assembling process, thereby convenient in construction and stable in structure.
Floor panel
A floor may include a substrate having a top side and a bottom side. A top layer may be provided on the substrate. The top layer may consist of a printed thermoplastic film and a thermoplastic transparent or translucent layer provided on the printed thermoplastic film. The top layer may be directly adhered to the substrate by heat welding the printed thermoplastic film and the top side of the substrate, in the absence of a glue layer. The substrate may be a synthetic material board including a filler. The substrate at least at two opposite edges may include coupling means provided in the synthetic material board. The thermoplastic transparent or translucent layer may be provided with a structure.
LED FLOOR TILE SCREEN
Provided is an LED floor tile screen, comprises a rear body, an LED lamp panel fixedly arranged on the rear body, a glass (4) covering the LED lamp panel and an adhesive layer (3) for bonding and sealing glass (4) and rear body; the LED lamp panel comprises a PCB board (21) and a plurality of lamp beads (22) fixedly arranged on PCB board (21); the rear body comprises a bottom housing and a plurality of supports (11) fixedly arranged in the bottom hosing; and the support (11) is used to support glass (4); the LED lamp panel is fixedly arranged in the bottom housing; a top surface of support (11) is higher than that of lamp bead (22). Support (11) supports glass (4) and can transmit the pressure on glass (4) to the rear body, thus preventing glass (4) from crushing lamp bead (22) and protecting lamp bead (22).
COURT TILE FOR AN ATHLETIC EVENT AND METHOD OF MARKING AND INSTALLING THE SAME
A court tile for an athletic event and method of marking and installing the same. A court tile includes a plurality of playing surface boards, a plurality of first sub floor members are disposed between surface boards and a second sub floor layer. Resilient pads are provided for cushioning of the court tile. A sliding pad covers the resilient pads to permit positioning of the court tile on the venue floor. A system and method of marking a court pre-printing a segment of the court markings on a court tile. A method of creating a court with markings includes pre-marking each of a plurality of court tiles with a selected segment of a court marking for which the court tile is intended and assembling a court surface according to a predetermined placement of the pre-marked court tiles.
Tile-securing system and related methods
A tile-securing system having a polymeric one-piece bracket having a first flange, a second flange, and a central raised-wall portion, the first flange and the second flange opposing each other and being in the same plane, the central raised-wall portion being orthogonal to both the first flange and the second flange; a slot opening located on an exterior edge of the raised-wall portion; the slot opening having a first width and a first length, wherein the first width is less than the first length, and the slot opening configured to receive a wedge that upon insertion into the slot opening expands the first width to a greater second width.
Athletic floor and method therefor
A new athletic floor resiliently retrofit to a worn athletic floor having a supporting sleeper connected to a ground substrate. The new athletic floor incudes a channel section connected to the supporting sleeper, the channel section having a top plate located between and connected to each of a left vertical side wall spaced apart from a right vertical side wall. The left vertical side wall includes a left horizontal flange extending outward from the top plate and the right vertical side wall includes a right horizontal flange extending outward from the top plate. A left resilient pad rests on the left horizontal flange and a right resilient pad rests on the right horizontal flange. A new floor rests on the left resilient pad and the right resilient pad and is spaced from the top plate a first distance in a first resilient compression condition.
