Modular platform system and method of assembly
A modular platform system includes a plurality of tiles, legs, beams, and brackets. Peripheries of the tiles and top surfaces of the beams are configured so that the tiles can snap on to the beams, allowing for easy creation of a platform. The beams, legs, and brackets are all configured so that the beams and legs are easily connected together for platform system creation.
MODULAR FLOOR SYSTEM AND MODULES THEREFOR
A modular raised floor module and raised floor systems constructed therefrom are disclosed. The raised floor module comprising a base floor and a top floor, with a plurality of support pedestals disposed between the base floor and a top floor, wherein the plurality of support pedestals are configured for supporting and leveling the base floor above a bearing surface and for supporting the top floor at a spaced apart relation over the base floor, thereby forming a service space extending between a top face of the base floor and a bottom face of the top floor. The raised floor modules are articulable to one another along their neighboring edges. The base floor can be configured with an inclined surface for draining liquids within the service space towards a liquid collecting portion, for removing liquids from the service space.
Paver Supporting Apparatus
A paver supporting apparatus is provided and includes a pedestal and a modular grid. The pedestal includes a top plate with a plate extender and a plurality of male lock pins positioned around a circumference of the top plate. The modular grid is positioned and secured on the top plate such that the top plate supports the modular grid in an elevated position and connects with one of the plurality of male lock pins. The modular grid includes a lattice extending generally between perimeter edges of the modular grid and defining a plurality of lattice.
Support system for raised floors
Disclosed is a section bar and a support system for raised floors including the section bar. In particular, the section bar is particularly shaped and the presence of this section bar makes the support system fast and simple to assemble.
Pedestal mounted paver heating system
Some deck or patio areas constructed of pavers mounted on adjustable pedestal supports must remain snow and ice free on their top surfaces. The pedestal-mounted paver heating system is designed to allow easy installation of electric heating cable that is positioned against the bottom surface of pavers so that heat generated by the cable is efficiently transferred up into the pavers to raise their temperature enough to prevent the accumulation of snow and ice on their top surfaces.
Access floor smart tile for refrigerant detection
A floor system for detecting refrigerant includes one or more tiles. Each tile includes a tile body having a cavity formed therein and a grille element positioned within the cavity of the tile body. The grille element is configured to receive air from at least one of above or below the tile body. Each tile further includes a control assembly associated with the grille element. The control assembly includes a refrigerant sensing device to detect refrigerant in the received air. The control assembly is configured to output a signal indicating a detection of refrigerant.
RAISED FLOOR AIR SANITIZATION SYSTEM
A raised floor system includes a plurality of base units and at least one sanitizer unit. The plurality of base units are configured to define a portion of a floor. The sanitizer unit is configured to provide sanitized air to an environment above the floor. The sanitizer unit includes a housing; an ultraviolet light source disposed in the housing; a fan configured to facilitate air to flow into the housing, across the ultraviolet light source, and out of the housing into the environment; and a cover plate disposed on the housing, the cover plate configured to define a portion of the floor and to allow air to exit the housing into the environment.
BRACED FLOORING TRAY SUPPORT SYSTEM AND METHOD
Exemplary implementations of a braced flooring tray support system comprise a braced pedestal subsystem and one or more trays. The braced pedestal subsystem may include several pedestals rigidly interconnected by several brace elements. The pedestals may include position-adjustable brace interface elements having vertical fins or an annular flange projecting radially. The tray corners are supported by respective pedestals. The brace elements may have an opposing pair of pedestal interface portions which include a fin-receiving or flange-receiving slot, and a pair of pin alignment apertures intersecting the slot. Brace fasteners configured to be manually installed in and removed from the pedestal interface portions. Each brace fastener may include a pair of fastener pins configured to extend through respective pin alignment apertures and respective attachment apertures when the brace fastener is installed. The fastener pins may include a detent portion configured to releasably secure the installation without requiring any threaded engagement.
FLOOR MOUNT
A floor mount for supporting a floating floor above a sub-structure comprises a foot, a lift spring having a top end and a bottom end and supportable in weight bearing relation at the bottom end by the foot, a top coupler supportable in weight bearing relation by the lift spring at the top end, and a cover supportable in weight bearing relation by the top coupler. A removable securing member temporarily secures together the foot, the lift spring, the top coupler and the cover. A lift adjustment member is engageable in threaded relation in one of the cover and the top coupler and engaged in vertically abutting yet rotatable relation against the other of the cover and the top coupler. The lift adjustment member is rotatable to adjust the elevation of the cover with respect to the top coupler, to thereby permit selection of the elevation of the floor.
Tiling system for decking
A tiling system for forming or covering a deck includes a plurality of lightweight tiles (formed of synthetic plastics material) and a like plurality of underlay units to be secured underneath the tiles with peripheral edges of the tiles mutually adjacent. The tiles and the underlay units are formed with respective non-adhesive connection means locating each tile on and centrally located with respect to a corresponding underlay unit. Projections extend from the edges of the underlay units to engage adjacent underlay units in use and to separate the edges of the tiles. Each tile is of lateral extent in each direction somewhat less than the lateral extent of the corresponding underlay unit, so that the tiles when connected to the underlay units have their edges mutually spaced apart with open gaps between them. The gaps between the tiles permit them to expand in hot weather without lifting or tenting.
