Floor panels are shown, which are provided with a mechanical locking system comprising tongue and grooves provided with protrusions and cavities which are displaceable in relation to each other and configured such that the protrusions can obtain a vertically unlocked position where they match the cavities and a vertically locked position where the protrusions overlap each other.

STONE-PLASTIC COMPOSITE REAL WOOD VENEER FLOOR AND METHOD
20190118491 · 2019-04-25 ·

The present application discloses a stone-plastic composite real wood veneer floor. The stone-plastic composite real wood veneer floor comprises a stone-plastic composite and a real wood veneer. The real wood veneer is adhered to the stone-plastic composite, wherein a composition of the real wood veneer is less than 12% water. The present application further discloses a method for manufacturing the abovementioned stone-plastic composite real wood veneer floor. The method comprises mixing a stone material and a plastic material to form a mixture; injection molding the mixture to form the stone-plastic composite; vacuum drying the real wood veneer to make the composition of the real wood veneer to be less than 12% water; and adhering the stone-plastic composite with the real wood veneer.

Floor panel

A floor panel has a rectangular and oblong shape, and includes a substrate and a top layer provided on the substrate and forming a decorative side of the floor panel. The top layer is composed of a print provided on a carrier sheet and a transparent thermoplastic layer situated above the print. The substrate has a thickness from 2 to 10 millimeter and forms at least half of the thickness of the floor panel. The substrate is a polyurethane-based substrate and the transparent thermoplastic layer is polyurethane-based. The floor panel has a length of more than 1.1 meters and has a plurality of reinforcing layers situated outside the center line of the substrate. A reinforcing layer may be provided in combination with the substrate and the top layer.

The present invention relates to an OSB board with at least two board edges lying opposite one another, in particular two opposite longitudinal edges, where the upper side of the OSB board is provided with at least one layer of a cardboard paper. The board edges respectively on the upper side of the board have a rounding with a radius of between 3 and 10 mm. Each of the two opposite board edges has an offset in form of a simple rebate, the rebate in the one board edge complementing the rebate in the opposite board edge. At least one glue tube in each case is provided in at least one of the opposite offsets of the rebates, in particular in at least one groove.

A fastening device for fastening elements
20190093686 · 2019-03-28 · ·

A fastening device for fastening soft surfaced elements to each other comprises a planar top portion and two side portions. The side portions are coupled with the planar portion at one end via an angle portion, and are arranged essentially perpendicularly in relation to said planar top portion and essentially parallel with each other thereby forming a receiving opening for receiving said element between the side portions. In addition the side portions both comprise at least one tooth, which is inclined towards the opening and the element in use and thereby arranged to fasten, such as via friction or via penetration into the surface of the element, and thereby fasten the device to the element. Moreover at least one of the portions comprises a protrusion portion for receiving, focusing and attaching a magnetic member to the device so to allow the device to be fastened to an external member via said magnetic member.
